Very well. Initial service request for appointment was scheduled within two days.  Sam (Samantha, a co-owner of  the company) called shortly before our scheduled appointment time to let us know tech was on his way, Jason, our technician, verified our service request and also verified the pricing we were quoted.  We asked his opinion about the need for additional service and he indicated he saw no need for service over and above what we had requested.  He was very courteous and professional and completed the service call promptly. He also advised us that the company was locally owned and operated and not a franchise. We were pleased to be able to support a local small business.  Highly recommend and will no doubt use them again in the future.

I was provided a quote over the phone. I was told the quote was an estimate depending upon the condition of carpets and furniture. The appointment was for between 9am and 11am on a Saturday morning. They called twice to advise they were running a little late. They arrived at 11:15am. The owners of the business, Jim and Samantha were my technicians. Nice people and professional. Jim went through all the rooms and looked at the furniture. He gave me a range of prices according to the services I wanted to choose. There were some stains on the carpets and furniture that would require more than just steam cleaning. We agreed on a package and they started working. They pretreated all the carpets and furniture. Then they scrubbed the bad areas by hand. Then they steam cleaned everything. They even did two walk-in closets and an area rug for free, and they also deodorized for free. They were finished in about two hours. All the carpets and furniture looked good wet. They looked the same the next day when they were dry. There were some areas that did not come out looking new, but I expected this, and was told by Jim that would happen. I was told repeat customers receive a discount, so it won't cost as much next time. I was very pleased with Jim and Samantha and the service they provided. I would recommend them to others, and I will use them again in the future.

The carpet looked about the same when they got done as it did before they started. Not a very good job!!

I was told on the phone it would be $35.00 for the two rooms and extra for the other small areas but I was prepared to pay a small amount more for the cleaning of those items. After they were done they presented me with a bill for $387.72!. They added in many services that I would have not opted before including: sanitizer, deodorizer, and Teflon Shield .
My carpet has wrinkles in it from the cleaning though looks clean. The firm does not honestly disclose prices up front to their customers. There is a big difference between $35.00 and 387.72. I would not recommend this firm.

I like the products that they use; they leave the house smelling clean and fresh. I am very satisfied and ndash; that's why they'll be back. I have nothing to compare the price to but, when you go with the contract, I think it is very fair. As soon as I called them, they came.
