Ronald Dee McGraw (813) 365 - 8456 rmcgraw@hotmail.com Linda Kay McGraw (813) 810 - 7641 Linda Kay McGraw (813) 383 - 2550 Linda Kay McGraw (813) 792 - 7640 linda.mcgraw@snet.net lkmcgraw@hotmail.com lmcgraw@tampabay.rr.com 12/04/2020 - I hired Ron McGraw to oversee the repairs to a 732 square foot mobile home; Install 13 windows, replace exterior wall approximately a 22'x10' with T1-11, verify all electrical is working properly, repair electrical outlets, 4 outdoor lights (already installed electrical malfunction), 2 ceiling fans (I purchased), replace bathroom floor, install kitchen sink (I purchased 2 cabinets, counter & sink), approximately a 45”x30” section of closet floor replaced, 2 exterior door hardware - 1 dbl bore/1 already bored (I supplied hardware) 03/10/2021 - 3 Months Later Work Not Done; 10 Electrical Outlets/Covers, 2 Ceiling Fans, T1-11 Over Hang Not Removed, 2 Exterior Lights, Sink Installed, Closet Floor Replaced. I gladly paid him $4,700.00 (too much too little?) to do repairs I do not want to do. The trailer was empty for a month & Ron was given the door code, he could have done all this in 3-4 days.
