Rich kept me in the loop, called on a Sunday to update me on an opening. Chris who works for Rich came as scheduled, very polite and professional. GREAT WORK THANKS

I was desperate to find a plumber! Other quality plumbers on Angie's List couldn't come for two weeks. I ran into Mr. Fleming in the Hardees parking lot and I asked him if he could come by and fix the leak. He agreed to come the same day. He showed up on time. He fixed the leak but explained that the faucet (original installation 20 years ago!) was likely to continue to have problems due to age. He offered to replace the faucet and quoted a fair price. He did the work, was in and out in less than an hour and was careful not to damage the counter tops, cleaned up after his work and was professional in every way.

Rich removed old sink and faucet and replaced bathroom sink and faucet with no problems whatsoever. Cleaned the area and took old sink and fuacets for disposal.
Had some problems removing old faucet in the kitchen sink. Entire faucet was corroded and was defective internally. Had to use mutiple different tools to remove entire unit. Installed new faucet and made modifications at my request. As a courtesy removed an inoperable old water filtering system.
I am 74 years old and I have seen many plumbers at work in my years of maintaining a household. This man was one of the most efficient professional plumbers I have ever seen. He is a true professional and conducted himself accordingly. He is punctual, courteous and fully explains in detail what his solution to the problem is and provides options. His costs are within reason and I would not hesitate to use this man again and I certainly will if I ever need a plumber again.
