Tech TJ was on time, very professional and informative.  In addition to adding this new unit he "tuned-up my 10 year old unit at no charge.  The old door had a discernible sequel when opening and TJ was able to eliminate the sound by adjusting the coil spring tension.   Very Satisfied by this provider and their employee!

was excellentound that the problem was a bad circuit board, which needed to be replaced.We had a new garage door installed from a different company in the fall of 2012 when we moved here. Over the past year the garage door opener worked intermittently when using the remotes, the car buttons, and the keypad. After putting new batteries in the remotes several times, the opener still worked intermittently. We recently purchased a new car and could not get the button in the car to sync with the garage door opener. So we called R&R. The woman, Vicky,  who answered the phone had me speak with the technician to try and figure out the problem. He was great but we had tried everything he suggested and the opener still did not work. So a technician, TJ,  came out so that we could have the garage door tuned up and to get the opener fixed. There was no service charge for an estimate or my phone conversation with the technician. TJ found that the circuit board was bad and needed to be replaced. He gave us the old circuit board to keep, in case we had a warranty on it as it was only three and a half years old. TJ then proceeded to tune-up the door, including the rollers, hinges, etc. He explained everything he was doing and our door is actually quieter now than it was before. We received excellent service from Vicky to the technician on the phone to TJ. I must say the service was excellent!!!! We will use them every year moving forward for an annual tune-up and any problems.

I contacted R and R on Monday around 1pm to get someone out.  They offered same day but I was not in that urgent need and had them come out the following day.  I was told 9am at 8:45 got a call that they were in route.  Tech was friendly and installed the springs with no issue.  He went through and did a lubrication of the door and showed me what to do as well to keep the door in good working condition.  Was very through.   Definitely would use them again.

I went to my garage to go out and I couldn't open the door because the spring had snapped. I was trapped inside with no way to get my car out. I called R&R and they had someone at my door in less than 30 minutes Chris the Tech replaced the spring and serviced my door and opener, all this was done in about an hour from my call. That's what I call service.

R and R said they would send a technician out the same day we called. They gave us a two hour window. TJ showed up at the beginning of that window. He explained all our options. Since our unit was over 17 years old we decided to replace the entire unit. TJ performed all the work in less than an hour. When he was finished he took the time to explain everything. We asked a million questions which he patiently and concisely answered. We are extremely impressed with the quality of the customer service.

I first called Rand R to check out my old opener to see if it was repairable-it wasn't. They told me the price of a new opener minus the service call fee and after checking with my husband for the okay, I told them to install it. Chris (the service tech) came the next day and installed a new opener system, explained the details to me and was gone. He cleaned up any debris and was very professional. I am quite pleased with my new opener.

Out of the blue our garage door decided to only open a few inches. Fortunately I was able to close it! I called R and R and made an appointment. The person I spoke with ( I did not get her name ), was very friendly and helpful.

The technician, Chris, called about a half hour before arrival. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. After re-tightening the tension spring properly, and tightening some bolts that had come loose, he lubricated all areas that should be lubed and made some minor adjustments to the door hardware and rollers. He also explained what he was doing step by step which I truly appreciated.

When Chris was done, he demonstrated how well the door now functioned. I have to say, in all honesty, that the door now works better, and quieter, than it ever has before! I was more than satisfied with the service I received from R and R and their tech Chris.

They did a terrific job. First, I had called several companies to get estimates. All except R and R were going to charge me for an estimate for a new door. I refused to have the other companies scam me out of $65-$75 dollars just for an estimate. One of them was on Angies List and their website said free estimates. Be sure and ask before you have someone come out.

R and R sent their salesman out who helped us decide just what we needed. He did all measurements and inspected our old door and told us what worked well and what didn't. We did not have to replace one thing, and he did not try to sell us his most expensive door. He told us what the difference in the doors were, and let us make up our own mind. We decided to employ R and R for the new door. They installed several days later (maybe 5?) and did a great job. The door looks great, works smoothly and quietly, and everything was cleaned up and left as it was when the installer arrived.

We were very pleased with their work, their professionalism, neatness, and friendliness. We would hire them again in a minute................wish we had another garage.

Chris adjusted our garage door in a way that yielded much quieter and smoother operation of the overhead garage door. Vital moving parts were lubricated and he fixed the lighting that had never worked since we moved in. He then gave instructions that I as homeowner could do to keep up the best operation of the door.

This company was fantastic! From the gentleman that showed up to show us the new doors available to the gentleman that came to install.
On install the man was on time and explained to us what he was going to do and asked if we had any questions. He was very thorough on the removal and install which did not take very long at all. There was no mess left behind and he had us come outside and inspect the work to make sure that we were pleased.
The door is beautiful and works great! If you are looking for a new door of if you just need a door adjusted you can have peace of mind when you call this company!

A spring broke on our garage door and it was time for a new opener. I had installed cheap Home Depot brands that I constantly fought with decided to have a new one professionally installed.
Rand R did a great job. I knocked them on the punctuality only because they were late BUT they called ahead and told me they would be.
The tech was very experienced and was heads down working from the moment he arrived.
Quality work at a fair price!

Sales person explained the products and recommended options to save money.
Job estimated started on the date as promised and communication was excellent.
As far as the install went, the installer showed up on time, professional, and completed the job as estimated.
The install came out GREAT and now the garage door is completely tight and sealed.
The installer also installed a new opener, explained the options, setup, etc and works great.

Everything went remarkably well.
I called the in the late morning to see if I could schedule an appointment for the work I wanted done. My garage door was old with dried out stripping and was overall poorly sealed, allowing insects and wind driven leaves and dirt to enter.
Instead of giving me an appointment I was told they could have a technician there within the hour - how's that for great service? The tech was friendly, informative and completely professional. He explained everything he was going to do and and how much it would cost. I gave my approval and got right to work.
In addition to the installation and replacements I requested he also inspected and and quot;tuned-upand quot; the whole system, making several adjustments and lubricating all the necessary springs and wheels. Due to the uneven nature of my garage floor several adjustments were required to seal the bottom as best as possible, but the tech kept making changes until I was totally satisfied. He even provided me with an extra door opener.
Overall, everything was done in about one hour and at the price quoted. I'm happy to give Rand R my highest recommendation.
NOTE: I used the term tech because, sorry to say, I'm not 100% certain of his name, but I'm pretty sure it was Chris - if not, please accept my apology!!
