Price was flat rate & when I requested a breakdown the owner got squirrelly & rude. Kept accusing me of trying to get his cost to figure out his profit? I just wanted a breakdown of my price but I guess it is a big secret! He was insulting, rude & obviously had a problem comprehending my request for a breakdown of the quote vs his cost?! Unprofessional for an owner!

I got 3 quotes from local companies, Brian with Prestige was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He offered several options of SEER and offered some upgrade advice. After making my selection he scheduled the work which went flawlessly. It's been a few months now and have absolutely no regrets.

The service tech Chris was professional in every aspect, he discussed the breaker issues, showed me the problem and mad recommendations. Several days later arrived with new breakers to install. As I watched Chris showed and explained what he was doing and performed it safety. His respect for electricity and handling the wiring/breakers was more than I expected and completed the task without incident. Great workmanship by Chris and Safety too.

All prestige personnel were professional and timely, they provided a quote and completed the install with no additional cost. Techs explained in detail what they were doing and what maintenance was expected of the home owner. Completed the task as scheduled and cleaned up their work area once done.
During installation the company owner stopped by to check on work and asked me the home owner if I had any concerns or questions that he may help with.
All in all very professional and the price was fair.

Great! A float switch and line were clogged. They cleaned drain and switch, checked system pressures and amp draws, topped off cooling agent, and advised me on which filter to use. I was using a filter that had a very high filtration rating, causing a heavy load on my unit when starting up. By switching to a lower rating, more airflow was permitted, reducing the load on the blower motor. Great service,arrived about 2 hours after I called. Will definitely use them again.

On the morning of the installation, the team arrived and immediately began dismantling the old units and installing the new heat pumps. They kept me informed of the progress as they worked. When they finished, Scott showed me the new units, explained everything I needed to know about them and gave me the owner manuals. They were friendly but professional and when they left, the premises were free of debris. Throughout the entire process, the owner, Brian was in contact with me several times to answer questions and check on things. I would definitely recommend this company if you want to deal with an honest owner that cares about his customers and makes sure everything is completed properly.

Alexis was friendly and scheduled us for first available which was within 4 hours. I called at 10 am they were here by 2 pm same day.
Chris the service tech called and found the unit had a 10 year parts and labor warranty - this info was not given to us when we bought the house last year. He replaced the capacitor - checked the vents to ensure cold air was coming out and it cost me $0.
If you are looking for an AC - Heating company in Hernando or Pasco - these are the folks to call.
Their customer service and work ethic are above and beyond any I have ever encountered.

I am so glad I called them.
The house was getting warmer in the afternoon and we noticed the A/C was not running.
I called them at 3:30 in the afternoon and they were at my house by 7 that evening.
The float switch was tripping due to the condensation line being partially clogged.
He cleared and cleaned it. He showed me how to perform a basic check on the system and how to monitor the condensation line to avoid this in the future.
He explained everything to me and walked me through every step. I cannot express how incredible the service tech Chris was.

.Arrived at scheduled time, Took about 20 minutes to complete repairs. Didn't try sell me anything extra, and only charged for a service call. I was very impressed, and wrote their number down in my adress book for future reference

they showed up early and did great work. would surely recommend them to anyone. had one minor problem a few days afterword and they were here to remedy the problem in less than an hour. you can't ask for any better than that!

All went well. This issued was discovered during a routine service visit. A quote was given for this repair, and it was set up right away when I called back to schedule. I frequently call this company for repairs and they are always prompt and courteous.

I called around noon today. He told me that he would have a guy here between 5pm-7pm.
Keith arrived around 5:30. he checked out the unit and said it just was just 2 pounds low on refrigerant.
He topped off the system and checked it out. Everything is working fine now. We are new to the area and
I plan to set up yearly service with them.

We called Prestige and spoke to Keith. He told us he would be at the house in an hour. He was true to his word. He checked everything out and told us there was nothing wrong with the system. The system had been programmed by the previous owners. Keith reset the system so that it would run as a regular thermostat. He was kind and did not try sell us anything that we did not need. He could have taken advantage of the situation but he was honest and took the time out to explain everything about our system. I highly recommend Prestige Air!
