HE WAS RESPONSIVE ENOUGH UNTIL HE WAS PAID FOR THE BULK FO THE INSTALLATION IN 2003, THEN HE WOULD NOT RETURN CALLS TO TRY TO GET INSTALLATION FINALIZED (HE HAD ALREADY INSTALLED THE MAJOR UNITS AND AT THE TIME HE OWED ME A FILTER AND WAS SUPPOSED TO SEAL THE DUCTWORK). TOOK MANY CALLS AND FRUSTRATION TO GET THAT DONE. WE HAVE SERVICE WARRANTY AS PART OF THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT IN OCT 2004, WHEN WE TRIED TO GET A POSSIBLE WARRANTY ISSUE AND ANNUAL SERVICE COMPLETED, IT WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH TO GET PHONE CALLS RETURNED AND ANY APPTS. SCHEDULED. ALWAYS AN EXCUSE AS TO WHY HE COULD NOT COME, BROKE MANY APPT. PROMISES. COMPLAINS HE'S TOO BUSY, OR HAS WORKER TROUBLES. DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. COULD NOT GET HIM HERE WITHOUT THREATENING TO REPORT HIM TO THE COUNTY. ORIGINAL INSTALLATION WAS DONE SATISFACTORILY, POST SALE A HORROR!
Description of Work: REPLACED HEATING/AC INSIDE AND OUTSIDE UNIT AND TRIED TO HAVE ANNUAL SERVICE COMPLETED.
