Awful. A line of 6 people too an hour and a half to clear, was not allowed to see the vet or go with my animal, staff was unpleasant, when addressing my concerns management was rude and performed unnecessary procedures on my animal without informing me.

They did an excellent job. They don't do a lot of the normal veterinarian stuff, the little things. They kind of specializes in littering, feeding, shots, and those kind of things. When I got the two little guys littered, it was $105; that also included putting a chip in them, and also included any shots that they might need. They do a free toe nail cutting and that also includes paying medication afterwards and everything. They are very professional, very courteous, and very helpful. They were recommended to me by someone else.

I took in a stray cat, and they took care of him the very next day. Despite having many, many clients each day, their professional and efficient people provided me with great service at an extremely low price. I found the staff to be respectful, knowledgeable, and caring for the pets I saw being dropped off and picked up, including mine. I would definitely use them again, and I recommend them to anyone for spay and neuter services for all animals.

For spay and neutering and rabies shots you can bring them up there anytime on Mondays without an appointment. You can leave them in the morning and pick them up in the evening. The rabies shots are $5/year. The do tell you to bring back the animals immediately if they start reacting. When they spay and neuter them they give you advice of what you should do to care for them. They are regular vets but donate their time to this. They give a lot of information over the phone about prices and stuff. They usually have 5-6 people doing paper work. I would tell others that if they ever take an animal in there and they get paper work they should keep it and bring it back in so you don't have to fill it all out again. I'll see them in probably 2 years. 2 of my cats I can't get in cages so I'll take them first, the other 3 there is no problem.

Overall was good - I would consider going back for shots.

When you walk in, you wait for a Vet Tech. After my Westie was tagged and weighed, she was taken away. The Vet Tech completed my paper work and told me to come back at 3:00 PM. I love how they have dedicated drop off times for cats and dogs. They also divide up the males and females. When I returned at 3:00 PM, my westie was ready. They went over the after care instructions with me and brought my westie to my car. The whole process was easy and stress free. My westie is healing fast.
