We would rate that highly. My husband was in the ICU for 16 days and they took good care of him. The nursing staff was excellent. The doctors worked with family members for the best solution- for the best outcome. They were open and conscientious.

I have high regards for them. They are very responsive, knowledgeable and have emergency care. Every experience I've had there is "A". They took care of my needs. My wife and I have been there several times and never had a bad experience. They are open 24 hours.

I had no visible signs of injury, only tingling on the left side of my body and slight chest pain.  The staff was quick to respond, very friendly and explained in detail all the tests they were running.  Dr. Markova was my attending physician - great bedside manner, explained all the potential side effects in detail and reviewed my test results with me. I was kept overnight for observation and thankfully experienced no long term damage.  Given the circumstances, the overall experience was positive and reassuring. 

The visit went good. I've been going to this hospital since 1997 for any medical concerns I have and they always take great care of me. The staff are friendly and easy to get along with. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone needing quality care.

They provided me good treatment. Everything was very fast and well explained. The doctors took their time to check me out. They did a lot of tests on me and also a head scan because when I went down I hit my head. I had a very good experience. I would recommend anybody to go there.

The surgery was very successful. There were two doctors I would recommend that’s Dr. Matthews who did that and he consulted with Dr. Rouba Ali and I had open heart surgery with him. I didn’t have any pain, everything went well and I am just really pleased. It was easy to get an appointment and in terms of their office environment both were very good. With Dr. Matthews I was able to get in, his staff is very helpful and they are able help since couple of times because I have to ride in the back seat to go for my appointments I had to cancel because of inclement weather and they understood and were okay with that. I did not have to wait at all and the friendliness of the staff was excellent. In terms of bedside or chair side manner Dr. Rouba Ali is good he has an assistant that comes if he is not able to but he usually follows up with his assistant and he is just really good I really appreciate that. The communication was great as my daughter in law was the one who did a lot of things for me and she was able to work with them very well and the staff was good. As far as I know I am doing well in terms of the effectiveness of their treatment and I am still using them as I have about six months with the surgeon to go and see him until I am completely discharged.

I would rate them highly. I would use then again in the future.
