I selected Miracle for the following reasons: price; prompt, courteous answering of my initial phone call; promptness coming to my house; treating me (a single woman) with respect and not talking down to me; patience explaining what he and his associate would do. Miracle did exactly what they said they would do in the timeframe with which they said they would do it. And, once the city inspection took place (and passed!), they returned to my yard within the hour to fill in the trench and restore the yard to my satisfaction.
I also compliment them on being willing to warranty-out my existing water heater and only charge me for the labor to install the replacement.
I feel very satisfied with the work that was done.

Cesar (technician) was very polite and informative. First off we couldn't out how the shower worked in our new home in the whirlpool tub. He was kind enough to show us without making a big deal about it. Cesar then examined the other shower handle problem we were having. He suggested the parts and the right hardware store for us to find them, however the handle itself was stripped and Cesar was kind enough to return and make the appropriate repairs in about 20 minutes.
I would highly recommend Cesar and Miracle Plumbing!

"In response to Angie's List review: Customer stated work was done by Miracle Plumbing on September 22, 2014. No description of work was mentioned OR comments left. Miracle Plumbing WAS NOT at this customers home on this day. Miracle Plumbing WAS in this customers home on March 25, 2014. Customer had purchased a big deal in the amount of $99 for $200 worth of plumbing services. Customer hired Miracle Plumbing to install a new toilet in her hall bathroom and to fix her toilet in her master bathroom. Our tech arrived at her home at 11:55 am. He installed her new toilet and reset and replaced the flush valve on her other toilet. This work was completed at 1:50 pm. The original bill was for $322.57. This customer used her big deal bringing the bill down to $122.57. Since the customer supplied ALL the material needed, our tech gave her an additional credit of $57.94. The total customer paid out of pocket that day was $64.63. The customer was happy with all the work, price and thanked my tech as he left. This review completely caught us off guard since at the time of our call, everything was positive and appreciated. We believe this customer has us confused with another company (since her dates of service were wrong and no description of work to compare.) We have contacted this customer to discuss AND Angie's List to investigate as well. So far customer has not returned our phone calls."
What they discovered was surprising to me. I bought this house 4 years ago and underneath the master sink was a small water heater. There was not a pan underneath this water heater and according to the plumber this was illegal. Just think what would have happened if we went on an extended vacation and then this water heater leak occurred. Ugh!
However the plumber from Miracle Plumbing repaired everything and my wife said he was very professional and courteous.
Now the tough part for me is I have two plumbers to choose from. Hmmm, which one will I pick? In this case, I can not lose.

"Thank you for taking the time to review our company. This customer purchased a big deal of $99 for $200 worth of plumbing. The customer called us out to replace the trim on her master bathroom shower. The trim she had gotten didn't fit the existing shower valve. We gave her the option of replacing the valve so the trim kit she purchased would fit OR to find old trim as customer was unwilling to pay the fee for us to research. (Original trim was out dated and would of needed research to find if still available.) Customer was instructed to let us know her decision so I could come back and finish job. After several weeks, we followed up with customer who explained she found the part and got it installed. Big deal was set up for a single service call only. Not multiple jobs so yes we did deduct from her big deal appropriately for the work that we did. As for the second call, customer called us to explain her toilet was making loud noises. No noise was detected when I got to her home and examined the toilet. While there I did adjusted the mechanism in the tank which is the most common issue for noise. As I left, again no noise was detected and I closed out customers big deal as paid in full. I instructed the client to call if they hear a noise as a minor tank rebuild would be needed. Customer did call and we ordered the part accordingly. When part came in, we went back to her home and installed. Over all the big deal was set for a single service call and we went to her home 3 different times."
