I don't think I have anything to dislike. They did what we expected them to do. They were very respectful. They offered other services like termite services. They were good.

In the long run after a year, I just felt that it wasn’t worth the money. I could do what they were doing by myself. They treat every six months for that money.

I have used them for four years. I have always been pleased with their services. They are always good about getting the jobs done. They were always on time and called ahead. My only negative is they are a little expensive.

Russ came out gave us an estimate after a referral. We agreed to price structure and scheduled work. Very professional and prompt nice job.

We are constantly fighting weeds and insects. We had to replace 3600 sq. ft. of sod at our expense due to weed and insect damage. Management response to our concerns were less than acceptable. Our neighbor has dropped their service due to the same issues.

They guarantee the lawn, so if it goes bad they will replace it. They do a good job and i will continue to use them.

OVERALL, THE WORK THEY DID WAS OKAY. I WASN'T OVERLY IMPRESSED, OR OVERLY DISAPPOINTED. WE'VE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK OUT DUE TO STILL HAVING PESTS, BUT THEY DID IT AND IT HAS HELPED.

THE BIGGEST PROBLEM I ENCOUNTERED WITH THIS COMPANY WAS TRYING TO COORDINATE APPOINTMENTS. AFTER PURCHASING THE SERVICES, I WAS TO BE CALLED TO SCHEDULE APPTS. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AND 2 ASSOCIATES SHOWED UP ON 2 DIFFERENT DAYS, UNSCHEDULED! WHEN RE-SCHEDULING, 3X'S, 1-NO ONE SHOWED UP, 2-NO-ONE SHOWED UP, 3 SHOWED UP 3 HOURS LATE! VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THE SERVICE MEN THEY SEND OUT ARE ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY MAKE A POINT TO ASK ME EVERY TIME IF I HAVE BEEN HAVING ANY PROBLEMS WITH PESTS EITHER OUTSIDE OR INSIDE. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT AND DO A GOOD JOB.
