My name is James B. The following represents a review of tree service. A very large tall laurel oak tree standing next to our manufactured home had to be taken down. It was probably 40-50 ft. tall with lower trunk circumference of 8-9 ft. The roots, some at least 12”-18” thick began to lift shed slab and corner of home. Thus, it became necessary to take down an otherwise perfect tree. The task was performed by Michael John Complete who has provided us with excellent service over 15 years. Trimming oak tree, 5 palms and other trees/bushes. Believe me, he knows trees. During week commencing 7/17/17 Michael and his crew took down the oak tree and grinded down the stump and roots. They carried away all the sawdust. Many tree removal people leave pile of sawdust to wither away over a period of months. Except for the fact of the “missing oak tree” no one would ever suspect a large oak tree ever existed on the property. This speaks to the meticulous care Michael takes in cleaning up after the job is done. In removing the oak and its many roots part of an irrigation line was damaged including electrical wire leading to one valve box. This happened solely because, over time, the roots had spread and became intertwined with both. Michael repaired without any prompting. I am aware, in my neighborhood, where the tree company would tell customers to call an irrigation company to do the fixing and walk away. This example of Michael John’s work ethic and customer service ethic is what separates him from the run of the mill tree contactors. If you want someone who really knows trees and is very meticulous and professional Michael John is the obvious choice in my opinion.

They were there from about 6 in the morning until about 9 at night. They had four workers. They are always busy.

When they leave, you can not tell that they were there. Their prices are great. I have used them for the past 6 years. I highly recommend them.

We never have had reason to complain. The work quality is excellent. Michael John knows what he is doing. The clean up after work completed is excellent.

They did a great job. All work quoted was done exactly as stated in the estimate. We will definitely be calling them to do some more work.

Wonderful group of guys, listened and did exactly what I requested.  Price was exceptional for all the work they did.  They cleaned up the area nicely.  Couldn't ask for more.  I would have done this earlier except I received an two extremely high quotes for similar work in the past and I didn't think I could afford it. Reading their reviews on Angie's list motivated me to try them.  Great experience.

They were on time, efficient and cleaned up well.  They performed quality work at a fair price and gave me advice on how to save money by trimming in such a way as to trim less often.  I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again next year or so.

They removed the sprinkler heads before removing palms so they would not be damaged and put back when done.  Easy to talk
to and explain how I wanted it.  Very careful where the palm would fall, not to damage the other plants.
 The first time this process was pleasant.  Excellent work ethic.

Michael John was a little late than scheduled but the end result was great. He was able to do all of the work involved on the palm trees and landscaping on Wednesday (they worked after dark laying the sod with the help of some flood lights that I set up) but had to return on Saturday to thin the trees on the south side. I had previously gotten a quote of $1,300 for just the 2 palm trees so I thought this was a good deal.

Michael John did an excellent job.  His price was the best I've found (over half of the highest bidder) and he did the job timely, efficiently and neatly.  His crew did an excellent job of cleaning up debris.

Excellent service.  Removed three trees in back yard,  Ground down stumps on 2 - other not possible to grind since BH cable ped is there.  Did a great job and cleaned up so well except for the trees being gone - you would not notice they were ever there.

I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree service.  

He hauled away yard debris and tree limbs a few months ago and we were pleased with him.  Gave us a quote to do the above mentioned work and we were finally able to afford to have it done.

Returned call promptly, arrived on time and gave us a great quote. $60 to remove a big load of tree branches and limbs we had cut down over that weekend. He came prepared to do the job and he did it all within an hour.
Also gave us a quote on removing and stumping a few trees on our property. Will be scheduling this service within the next two months.
Great guy, very personable and informative.

We had a very large sweet gum tree in our back yard that had lost a big branch in a storm. The inside of the tree at the break showed indication of rot so the whole tree needed to come down. We got three estimates on a Monday and Tuesday with Michael John being one of them. The other two bids were $975 and $750. His was $500 which included $50 for a permit because of the size of the tree (greater than 18and quot; in diameter). The $975 bidder said we didn't need a permit which turned out not to be true. He explained everything about how he would take the tree down and asked if it would be all right to bring a bucket truck into the yard. I was concerned because we had gotten a lot of rain which made the ground soft. He said it wouldn't leave ruts since it wasn't that big of a truck, so I said ok. Because of the permit we needed to have it inspected by the county which held things up a bit, but that wasn't his fault. He came the following Saturday. He did all the cutting himself and had two helpers who carted the wood out to a trailer on the road. They finished the job in about two and a half hours and raked up all the debris when done. As he promised the truck left no ruts. He was reasonably priced and did the job as promised. The yard was cleaned up really well and my wife and I were very happy with his work.

Michael John and his crew are very profesional and performed the work that I wanted done, They went above and beyond what was expected. They removed limbs that would threaten my house in storm times and in addition made my place look great. They removed all cuttings and cleaned up my property beautifully. Their price was extremenly reasonable for all the work that was done. I woulld give them my highest recommendation!

Michael John Complete's prices were extremely reasonable. He noticed that I had a Palm tree that was growing in a bush coming up like a week so he instructed us how to go under it and get the ball out so I could plant that where one of the trees he removed. He gave some advise about some caterpillars that were eating leaves on another plant which was just unsolicited and there was not additional fee or charge for that.

Mike and his crew did an excellent job. Even though they started later than agreed upon he did call to say that he would be a bit late. We went over the work to be done at the agreed price and they went to work. It should be noted that it was pouring rain for a good bit of the time but they continued to work anyway. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up afterward and were very careful not to do any damage to my property or home.

Excellent- The only thing I notice is that I'm listed as being in Brooksville. I am in Spring Hill!

He and his crew arrived on time and completed the job with neatness, professionalism and high quality and replanted a pretty new tree to replace the old ugly eyesore. He quoted me a fair and honest price the first time around with no need to haggle. I was given ridiculous quotes from the larger tree services. This guy was licensed and insured and did a fine job at half the price. I will not only recommned him to my friends and family, I will call him again for other work.
