Charged 105 dollars for Initial Cleanout fee. Although problem was not fully resolved, their policy is that they do not return unless you sign up for an Annual Contract for another 200+ dollars.

I would not recommend that you use MD termite and pest control if you have in-wall tubes and expect them to be used. When I contacted them for an estimate I made a specific point to ask if their quote would include charging the in-wall tubes. Upon receiving the quote I noticed the in-wall option was not checked so I followed up with the manager via email and he confirmed that the tubes would be charged. Over the next 6 months I called three separate times looking for someone to explain how the in-wall tubes were being used due to the fact that it appeared to me that the access points were still completely painted over. The first two calls were not returned. The last call the manager did return but unfortunately I was on another line. I called him back within 30 minutes but he had left the office. The office assistant assured me he'd call me right back upon his return. He did not. 2 days ago my neighbor's pest control company happened by so I walked over and asked them for a quote and to look at my access ports to see if they had ever been used. They confirmed that the ports had never been opened. In fact, the one port can't been opened due to it being stuccoed shut. When I called to cancel my service the manager was very willing to do whatever he could to keep my business. That is until I explained to him that another company had looked at the ports and confirmed they had never been opened. The manager basically ended the conversation once he knew that I knew they weren't abiding by their own quote. This company's customer service is atrocious and they should not be trusted.

They always seem to do a good job. They come every three months. I don't know what everybody else charges. It used to be $70.00. I started having trouble with rats. I am in a section of a subdivision, and I was the only house here. They started building houses around me, and I think that started driving rats toward my house. So, they started putting rat traps and that cost me another $30.00. So they put rat traps. I am not familiar with what other companies charge. On quality, an A because I don't have bugs in my house or anything. On responsivness, they always come and they let me know that they are here if I am home. They don't need to come into the house unless I want them to. I don't have bugs in the house so I don't really need them to come in the house to do their job. They don't call me to tell me they are coming. They come about every three months and do their thing. Then they charge me. I have a credit card on file with them that they just charge to. On punctuality, they come when they are supposed to. On professionalism, I don't ever have any problems with them.

These guys were great. They figured out a solution to a problem I was having, and their price was much better than other bids I received.

They price matched another quote and I wish I had gone with the other company. The job was rushed, they were done in, I thought it was gonna take them to three, four hours, they were done in like an hour and I'm like I had to call back twice for leaky gutters. So I will not call them again.

They do it for me every quarter. I love them. I still think very highly of them. It was $100 when I started with them many years ago and they haven't increased it. I've been so pleased with them and I thought their price was fair.

they did an ok job. They did not take pride in making all look good. They did not trim excess gutter covers that stuck out over the end of the gutter by 2 inches at places. they did use stainless steel covers which I liked

He went to each trap to verify that there was no termite activity. Each trap was clear of termites. He replaced one trap that got damaged by the lawn mower.

Everything went well. No issues, very professional.

6 hours late from proposed time they said they'd be there.  As I called dispatch, they didn't know where the installation crew was.  The crew worked fast and efficiently when they finally arrived but... they needed to come back and make small re-adjustment to the gutter line and they cleaned out the gutters for "Free", so the crew said.  

To both my wife and my surprise,  I got a bill a week later saying it was normally $150 extra for a gutter cleaning but they'd charge me $75.  I sent a letter asking them to call me so I could understand these unauthorized charges.  I never got a call and thought it was over but just today I received another bill asking for $75.  

To summarize,
we were shocked to see this bill as we were also shocked regarding the
installation appointment time on Friday September 6th.   We had a scheduled
appointment between 9-10am as it is on our work order.  Disappointed, I had to call multiple times
to find out where the crew was throughout the day and then my wife had to stand
by all day at the home.  Then finally they arrived nearing 4:30 pm.  As a result, my wife was not very happy as it
did absorb her entire day as she waited an additional 6 hours. 

I don't enjoy getting bills for something I never authorized nor told what was going on.

In 2012, it looked really good, but a year later I started having a problem in the front because the gutter tilted down where there was no down spout.  MD came out and fixed it.  I thought that would do it, but since the rains have come hard, it is spilling over the gutter like a waterfall.  I had to call twice to get someone to come out.  Then, on July 29, 2015, Tim came and looked at the work and admitted that the gutter still was tilted. He give me a price of $250 to fix it and said he would talk to the owner about it an see if he could get me a discount since this problem was never rectified.  It is August 7 and I haven't heard a word from them, so I am looking for someone else to do the work.

The staff was okay. They were very professional. The service was done very well in a timely manner. They are a good service company.

M.D. was able to provide industrial thickness (0.032") material, which many contractors could not offer.  The pricing was very competitive, and the finished installation is excellent.  The installers accommodated my preferences for downspout locations and offered constructive input in tweaking them for better results.  They did an excellent job of making them unobtrusive.  I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the installation.

went well--provider offered advise on how to proceed with seeding lawn and gave me a quote for monthly treatments which i may sign up for in the future-no pressure which i liked

Bought the house in October 2014.  Built in 1969 and has been empty for a while, having ant and spider issues.  Seems like things went as anticipated, will have to see if the ants go away and the spiders stay away :)

The person who comes here does an excellent job. We have not had any problems in the last 12 years that we have used them.

They are excellent. We haven’t had the same man twice in a row, But, everyone that they send is very professional. We have 2 dogs in the house. I could have termites in the house and may not know about it. But, the representation of the company is so perfect that I just have to believe that they are a good company and the training is good.
