"Mr. [Consumer Name Removed], Our Production Manager, Brad Nunn, spoke with you on Friday, Feb. 16. LRE has taken your concerns seriously and we appreciate this feedback and you bringing this to our attention. Our Crew Leader relocated the pop-up drain to a further location, per your request. Regarding some of your other concerns, LRE pointed out that your concerns about the system not performing fast enough was actually the result of debris getting into your channel drain. The great news is since you went with LRE for your channel drain project, you will reap the benefits of our 4" drain, which allows you to take the lid/cap off and maintain this yourself or hire someone to do it for you. LRE also has some other products that can help drive water flow even faster than the channel drain currently has the capacity to do. We also offer an annual service maintenance plan that would have the channel drain debris removal included in that service. If you're interested, please give us a call at 1-800-580-0229. Thank you."
