***Predatory Contractor stay away!!!*** This is a negligent company with poor customer service. Stay far far away from them or you will be filled with regret. We moved into a new build home and from day one our air was not working. 6 visits later and still nothing. We are being treated like we're a nuisance because of their poor ability. Ron their president contacted me not to apologize for all of the trouble but to tell me they wouldn't do anything. My family and I are suffering because of a company who refuses to fix their improper installations. I do not leave bad reviews but I am telling you this company is the apitome of a bad place to do business with. We called up a contractor, and he crawled around in the attic and came down and said we had to redo all the ducting and it would be $3,000. The guy made sense, so we thought we better get another price. We got a hold of Kelley, and Kelly came out. It was a young man and he crawled all over the house. Then, he crawled around it some more, then he crawled around both ends of the attic. When he got all done, there were three vents in the living room. When they built the house 20 something years ago, whoever put in the ducts in the living room didn't connect them to the ducts that run to the air conditioning units. So, we simply cut the three holes and charged us $125. We bought this house used, it's in a small neighborhood in the middle of nowhere in Ridge Manor. In this, it's called a subdivision, there were four people. We met the people that lived here and there were four renters in this house. They had rented it for a couple of years or whatever the case may be. They all complained about the uneven distribution of heat or air in the living room. The only reason it's not getting in there. We were the first ones that actually said well, we're going to do something about this after we bought it.  

We met Seth & Ziggy early in the morning around 7:30. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. He took pictures of it in the attic to show us and we saw all the rusty on the unit so we knew it was time to replace it. They gave us a 14 sear unit (Tempstar) with a bigger fan in it from the Carrier family. They were very friendly and had the work done in about 5 hours. They explained to us how to use the Thermostat and when he finally put on the A/C on in the house, it cooled down very fast the the fan was truly blowing the air 100% better than out old unit. I can see how we will save on our Electric bill now. So we could of gone for the $1200 but in the long run we will be saving $$$ on our future bills. The owner dropped by to introduce himself and was very happy that we were happy with his workers. I highly recommend this company and will recommend them to all my friends, I was told about this company from my son who met the owner at the Crosspoint Church, I can see why he is so honest and reasonable price out our unit. Glad I chose this company because there are many out there that are no so honest and the warranty was fabulous, 10 yrs. two yrs on parts & labor, can't beet that! 100% satisfied!

I called Kelly's to request the work. They gave a quote and a technician came out the following day to perform the work. He was pleasant and businesslike. He inspected the system inside and out and charged me what was estimated. The cost was consistent with what I have routinely paid other services to perform the same type of inspection and maintenance.

Great, Kelly responded within an hour of being called, quoted great replacement cost, installed temp part (at no charge) so my old system would stay running until new unit arrived,. Crew arrived on time & ready to go when promised. I forgot to request a programmable thermostat when OKing the purchase but Kelly said no problem & ordered it at no additional cost. (1st programmable unit was bad, ordered & installed new unit himself).

He did an excellent job. He was very professional. He presented himself nicely. He saved me from buying a brand new furnace!
