As part of the closing in 2006 they were to return the mobile home titles to the state of FL. Somehow they were mistakenly filed away at their office. They were not found until we refinanced the property and asked them to search for them. They were very apologetic and hurried to get the titles turned into DMV. The company doing the refinance had already requested new titles to replace these lost ones, and Home/Land Title reimbursed us our expenses for having to have this done.
