G & K QUALITY UPHOLSTERY

Made 2 couch cushions larger than original. I gave him pictures to fix. And he said he was too busy to come to my house.

Terribly and stressfully.

They did an excellent job on the kitchen chairs. There were wrinkles in the upholstery because there was not enough filling put in. I had the wife come over and look at it and we agreed that there may have been a misunderstanding because I didn't realize they were only going to replace 30 year old stuffing. I said I'd be happy to pay the additional money to insert additional padding. We then discussed them working on an additional sofa and chair and have not heard from them since. I've called her numerous times and left messages to which she didn't reply. One time her husband picked up the phone and I asked what the problem was. He responded that there was no problem and she would call me but she never did. I informed her that if I didn't hear back from her that I would contact the BBB to which I received a rather nasty letter from her.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! THEY DISCOVERED INFORMATION ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE CHAIR THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT. THEY WERE ON TIME, HELPED ME PICK OUT FABRIC, AND EVERYTHING WAS DONE ON TIME. THEY DID WORK THAT OTHER COMPANIES DON'T NORMALLY DO. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. THEY ALSO CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND PICKED UP THE CHAIR AND DELIVERED IT BACK TO ME WHEN I NEEDED IT.
