Four years ago, I made a very very expensive repair to my roof with Foster's. I was told that repair would take an entire day, but they were only on the roof for an hour. Now I  find out that the repair they made wasn't correctly done and caused much more damage. Thank God another reputable roofer came in and was able to make needed repairs.

I probably paid a bit too much for this roof, but it has a lifetime warranty and it looks great.

It went exactly as I had hoped. The job was completed quickly, with no debris left behind and the roof looks excellent.

I was happy with all of it. They used a thicker aluminum than what the other companies were offer for the same price, which I thought was a plus.

We were happy when roof was completed (2014) until the beginning of this year, 2017. We noticed a leak coming in to our dining room and called Foster's Roofing to come and check the roof. We do not have exact dates, but sometime the end of January, 2017, our salesman came out to inspect and found a gap between the roof and house. Finally on third call to office, our salesman came back and sealed the gap. Still had issues after that. We did call 2 other Angie List roofers to come and check out area. Both agreed on what needed to be done to fix problem. Then called the owner, John. A few weeks went by and he finally came out to inspect. Told us that he would get back to us. It had been roughly 3-4 weeks with no word from him, so we took matters into our own hands and hired a reputable roofing company to fix the problem. Coincidentally or not, Foster's called us the day after our roof was fixed to schedule. (Our salesman just lives around the corner from us!) Our original contract stated "Workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 5 years." Sorry to say but we do not feel that they stood behind their work.

Job went well. They always answered calls but could have been more prompt. But other than that all went very good. And yes I would use them again and recommend them to a friend.

Not very well at all. November 2015 wanted the roof put on. Flat roof was put on in April. Wasn't put on till end of May 2016, first of June 2016. Had to come back and redo a part of the roof which now looks patched. Left a lot of trash in yard and on roof. Some till there. Had questions and concerns sent a letter and never heard another word. Now he isn't being very nice about the balance, around $600.

The work began on the day they promised and was finished in approximately the time frame they estimated - about four days. They had to replace a fair amount of rotted wood which was not surprising. The project manager had told us in advance might be a situation they might find. They took many pictures to show us the damage before, during, and after the work was completed. It took about a day and a half to remove the asbestos tiles and they followed all the regulations that entailed. The project manager, Doug Clowes, spent a great deal of time with us before we made the decision to go ahead and was very patient in his explanations of what would be done, what problems might be encountered and what plans were in place to address them. He promised to be a phone call away for any problems and he answered our every call. And there weren't many because the work crew was very considerate and professional. It was also easier to deal with one company that would do both the asbestos removal and the new roof installation instead of having to work with two separate companies.  I would recommend Foster Roofing to anyone needing roof repair or replacement.

They did a good job replacing old rotted plywood in several areas. The crew worked throughout the day and into the evening to get the job done quickly. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was completed. Pat Mulholland was especially helpful and a pleasure to work with.

They re-roofed two houses for us.  The first house was fine, however I don’t know if this is their fault or not. We had tenants at the house at the time and they were coming early to do the house and they were up on the roof and it woke everybody up. The second thing is the deliverers of the shingles got themselves wedge between our mailbox and the opposite side of the road and the fence so they couldn't move. We had to tear down the fence so the guy could deliver the shingles and that was very upsetting to our tenants. Their pricing was cheaper than everybody else that we checked out.

Foster's was lowest bid, they did it on time, they did it well. The only area open for improvement would be clean-up. They left 5 nails in the driveway. Overall, $2,000 below top bid and did an excellent job!

I Dealt with Mr. Pat Mulholland, the Project Consultant throughout the process. I happened to call on Monday not remembering it was Labor Day, I quickly hung up meaning to call the following day. Mr. Mulholland still took the time to call me back later that day to find out my needs regardless of it being a holiday. He was extremely accommodating, courteous, and caring. The work was scheduled for Tuesday, 9/10, the shingles were delivered on Monday, 9/9. The work did not begin until Wednesday, 9/11 because their previous job had a few issues which seemed acceptable for the lateness. There were two workers who were courteous, did their job, and cleaned up when they were finished. Many thanks to Mr. Mulholland and Foster's roofer for a job well done. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed their roofing issues taken care of in an expedient and professional manner.

When i called for an estmate the regular salesman was ill so the commercial estimator came out and impressed me with his knowlege of roofs especially our problem area the flat roof.He sent us an estimate and then forgot to add the new skylights. He then added them at cost and we looked over all estimates and they were not the cheapest or the most expensive. We felt that the products they were to use made them the best choice. there was a slight delay because the owner was hospitalized but once we had a date it proceeded very quickly. We are very pleased and would recommend them highly

He did not over charge me. He seems to be a straight shooter. He does not try and sell me a new roof. He spent an hour on my roof. He was honest. He was prompt. I did not even know he was here.
