Flagstone Pavers Inc

Had my driveway & walkways done with Flagstone pavers that all blistered and chipped in the first 6 months. After months of scheduled and cancellations by the Manufacturers rep and Operations manager finally were told it was a bad lot and would be fully taken care of. That never happened, the defective pavers were replaced but I had to pay my paver company Again to have the pavers removed and the new pavers installed because Flagstone wouldn’t support the replacement work. I found Flagstone to be a very unprofessional and arrogant group that does not stand behind their product. They sold me faulty product but never took care of it as promised, caused me a lot of down time, was a very negative experience and cost me lots of unnecessary extra $$ spent. Don’t buy from these people.

I purchased thousands of dollars worth of pavers for my swimming pool patio including new coping in July 2015  through Proline Tile that were made by Flagstone Pavers in Brooksville.  I was specific to ask the quality of this paver company and was told they were excellent by Proline.   During July, it was the rainy season. It appears that the coping was not correctly formed or cured. The coping soon began to show brown spots and pitting. The coping is cement colored, so it is not forgiving.  neither the owner of Proline, Dennis, nor the owner of Flagstone has yet to come out to review these sub par coping pieces.  The owner of Proline had me send it pictures (I had requested he come out several times) and sent the tile guy over to remove a piece of coping.  I have yet to have the tile man come back to replace it.  i have received excuses from Flagstone hat include: It is caused from the sealer (we NEVER sealed these); it is caused from the oak trees (we have NO oak trees over the pool screen) and he told us to purchase and use a product that didn't even touch the brown guck in this coping (3 weeks in a row I have used it with poor results) . My pool looks horrible thanks to this company and I have no recourse after months of requesting assistance. I should have chosen another paver company through my tile supplier and wish Flagstone would be more responsive and customer service oriented after spending the total amount of money I have with their company for my outside remodeling!!!!!!
BTW, I used a different batch of coping on my front porch about 1 month later, with NO discoloration and no pitting. This pool coping is defective.  If you are thinking of a remodel, please think long and hard before using this supplier.

I was particularly interested in a bland color presentation around the pool which would blend with a tile on the adjoining lanai.  A representative of Flagstone graciously came to my home and showed me examples of pavers and coping, both natural and sealed, and worked with me to select one which blended beautifully with my selected tile.  I believed that if I put in the time and energy to carefully select a color that there would be no surprises down the line. 
The pallets of pavers and coping were delivered the evening prior to installation.  The coping could not in one's wildest imagination be considered a match to the pavers ( which were exactly as presented in available samples).  I was immediately on the phone with a company representative, as was my paving contractor.  I was told that there is color variation created at the beginning and ending of a "run", and that the company " tan" was quite dark.  I now have a lovely "white-tan" paver, which is a soft neutral cinnamon; finished with a white - very dark chocolate brown coping on my pool deck.  I do not know what conversations transpired between my contractor and Flagstone.  I was presented with the option of stopping an installation which was already in progress, and switching to a white coping.  That option was not feasible, in that it would have fallen upon me to pay my installation company for at least one  day of lost work. 
I wish to warn other consumers about the lack of quality control in the colorant process used by this company.  If one wishes a Florentine Cathedral effect of multiple colors on their pool deck, they will be delighted.  If one wishes their pavers ad coping to match, it would be best to choose another paving manufacturer.
