The late time I was there for an oil change I didn’t like the guy that revives you. After we had done I found the man that I had usually use who I didn’t realized was the service manager and I said I have to tell you about this guy. I am not comfortable with this guy. I am not comfortable with what he said and what they are going to do. The next time I was there was someone else at that desk. I said to the manager what happened to the guy that was there and he said that didn’t work out.

They gave me top-of-the-line service, and it didn't take long for them to do it. Everything was well-organized and went smoothly according to my expectations. The service tech, Kieth, was outstanding. It was his first day in the Parts department, moving over from sales and being a sheriff before that. He was very professional and had great people skills. The sales experience I had when buying my Grand Cherokee was also great.

I recently purchased two 2014 Jeep Wranglers. Bill Scanni and his staff are such a pleasure to deal with. He custom ordered the Jeeps for me and they arrived (4 weeks later) right on time. The were prepped and ready for delivery, full tank of fuel, shining like a diamond. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Great Job and buying experience.
