They are beyond great. The technician that comes out and works on my computer has actually become a friend because I have a problem with my Toshiba laptop forever. I met him when he was 19 and he will be 23 in July, so that is how long I have had him coming out. They are beyond excellent. He comes out sometimes the same day or even a few minutes sometimes. My system was under warranty for a long time and he would check it out and tell me what needed to be done and I would ship it off and when it came back he would reinstall everything for me. He is to the point where he comes and tutors me on how to do things. The prices are reasonable and they had discount coupons they gave me and they are just great. The owner is just as nice as his technicians. I spent about $60 the last time he was here. Their promptness stands out the most about them, if they have availability that day, they will come out if not I don?t wait more than a day or two. I also like their efficiency; they don?t waste any time because I am paying by the hour. The technician works quickly and it is amazing to see his hand fly over the key board. He is very sharp and he builds programs and stuff, so he is extremely good on the computer and he is able to identify the problem within a few minutes. I would tell others that they are efficient in their work and don?t waste time away, but get right to the job. They will also explain what they have done and what needs to be done, if I need to order a part and they are done. They will also show me what I am doing wrong and needs to be done to correct the problem. They know their business very well.
