We have used Combs Services for 15+ years for a variety of appliance repair and installation. Today they installed a dishwasher for us. They told us what time they would be here, and they were. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The job and clean up were accomplished in just over an hour at the price we were quoted. We will never use anyone in else. Oh, and by the way, they have been in business 43 years, that should tell you something.

It was for the air conditioner.

Combs responded within 5 or 6 hours, diagnosed the issue, replaced the part and completed the repair within 30 minutes. Combs fee was very reasonable and well worth it.

I would definitely hire them again. Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable..

I can't say enough good about this company. They are a company with a heart and saved Christmas for me. It was Friday, two days before the holiday, and I was baking when I heard a sizzle and the stove went dead. I called Comb's. A very pleasant woman said she would see what she could do and would call back. It wasn't fifteen minutes later when she said someone could be there after 2:00. it was now 1:00 and at 3:00 a repairman was at my door. I was in total awe that I had my stove up and running again in two hours. The repairman said they would be working well into the evening getting everyone taken care of so I guess I wasn't the only one staring at a dead stove and wondering what I was going to do about Christmas dinner for an arriving family. Thank you so much Comb's. I am deeply greatful to you.

Came out the next morning after call from Kichen Aide for warrenty service on new dishwasher.   He was very helpful and knowledgable in general.   We had Best Buy service provider here yesterday who had suggested that dishwasher be returned.   We called Kichen Aide directly after being told that it would be several weeks to replace.  During this service call, he found the problem within five minutes that the Best Buy service people couldn't figure out in an hour.   He also fixed icemaker on older fridge while he was here.   He had the parts needed with him, and had it fixed quickly.   Overall great experience and will be calling them anytime that we need appliance repair.

I called and they came and my washer was fixed within 15 minutes this is a family owned company . Very happy with results.

The people at Combs were very professional, including the repairman that was sent. After checking the washing machine, he determined that the problem was the timer. However, the cost of the timer was another $125.00 so I decided against having the timer replaced.

2 Brothers arrived within an hour, located problem, ordered part, returned the next morning, installed part and had my refrigerator working in less than 24 hours. 
The brothers are a great team and we enjoyed them and they did a great job.

They are the best in the area. Trustworthy! He has tried to help us save as much money as possible during repairs; he wants the appliance to work correctly & efficiently without breaking our wallet to fill his. Extremely honest! I highly recommend Combs Service.

Arrived on schedule.  Problem explained and dishwasher was checked for problems.  No problems found.  Technician went on to explain that recent government regulations prohibited addition of phosphates to detergent.  This caused the problems I was experiencing.  Left copy of newspaper article explaining this problem resulting from the removal of the phosphates.  He also recommended an additive for the wash and rinse cycle which would boost cleaning and rinsing efficiency.  Took his advice and purchased additives.   Dishwasher working perfectly!    Yes, I paid for the service call, but I feel a less honest company could have easily claimed there were operational problems and suggested more expensive, unnecessary repairs.  Would definitely use them again.
