It's working fine.

I was hospitalized for 3 months and when I returned home I was in need of some maintenance for my pool. I was sent out children to get my pool back to swimming ability. They didn't have a clue what to do. It has been 3 months and still cloudy. The pool was crystal clear when I hired them and its never been clear since. They sent out a man who spoke so fast I had no idea what he was saying except when he gave me a handful of parts and told me to go buy them... which I did. Now I get a cancellation notice FROM THEM! When honestly I should be getting a refund from them. I'm not a pool expert.. that's why I hire a pool company..so that THEY take care of my pool...not me.. otherwise what am I paying for? I paid$240 and I still have a cloudy pool..worst than it was when I hired them Was even told my pool was painted...not true I called the original owner and pool was never painted. This company only knows how to clean and not too good in that area. ONLY hire if all you want is cleaning done.. Don't expect them to be helpful in any other areas of pool service.

everything went great! called for service around 8:30am. work was done before noon.

Mr. Clark arrived on time and went right to work. The price was more than fair. He was fast and accurate which usually comes from experience. He was polite and I even enjoyed his sense of humor. It was nice to see someone who enjoys his work for a change.

Completed work on time and budget.  Pump works great.

We decided to not do work at an earlier time, but speaking with him, we ended on good terms. After speaking with friends, they said he was the best. I wanted to hire him back after someone suggested to do an acid wash. So I called him back and he had an attitude with me. He was angry, and I needed to have my husband deal with him. When he came out to do the work he wouldn't acknowledge me. He was rude. The acid wash was done 3 months ago and the pool is back to where it is now. We called him Saturday, but he hasn't returned our phone calls.

I have talked to Mr. Clark several times and left follow up messages.
Mr. Clark was scheduled to look at and pump and cleal my pool and filters.
I have recieved no work or return phomne calls.

Everything went more than perfect.  Since his company has been doing my pool, my pool is beautiful and crista lclear.  I love the fact that he can do any reapirs and if he cannot do it he know who can. I will recomend him to anyone as Clsrks Pools is extremlly reliable.

Definition of professional - provide quality service when it's needed, and tell you when it's not.

Excellent service. Call was returned promptly. Motor was replaced two days later while I was at work. Bill was left at the door. Pump is so quiet. Could not ask for more.

I had tried two other pool services prior to finding Clark's on Angie' s List. My pool has never looked better and when I had a minor complaint, it was addressed promptly and in a courteous manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and neighbors.

After Russell Pool Service gave us a bid of over $600, Clark bid and fixed it just fine for $65!
