 + -1 moreMy list, written down, included mowing yard, edging, weeding the beds, hedge/bush trimming, tree limb trims, mulching and debris removal. He did not authorize his crew to mow, edge or trim all hedges as promised. It did not go well - the man verbally insulted me when I tried to talk with him about the job. I did pay for the entire job, but will attempt some recovery. The young men did clean up what they cut & did what their boss told them to do, but the work to be performed according to my request was not completed. I will seek a partial recovery through proper channels. Beware of this company.
Description of Work: FIRST & FOREMOST, THE YOUNG MEN WHO WERE SENT TO THE JOB WERE VERY PROMPT, POLITE & WORKED VERY HARD. The provider had met w/ me several days prior to the work, I had made a list of what I wanted done on the 1st visit & we walked the property together. He wrote and estimate that was barely legible (smaller than the print front on this review); but I made the assumption that he also wrote down what was on the MY list. (As we know, assuming makes an "a***" out of you and me. The provider did not perform all the tasks on his list or mine, and was quite sharp with me when I tried to talk w/ him.
