All Castle contacts (Conrad, Bill, David) were very helpful and courteous. They had no problem with ordering six possible replacement seats so that I could choose the two seats that best matched the toilet colors (I brought the tank lids to the shop). Prior to visiting Castle, I was planning to go the Color Direct Internet/mail order route, which offers only plastic seats, taking my best guess at the color code. Castle ordered Bemis wood seats for 1/3 the cost of what I would have paid using Color Direct and the turn-around time was "next day."
