The owner, Joe, is VERY unprofessional. He tries to play off issues as the customers fault. He is argumentative and does NOT back his own work, satisfactorily, Went way over budget.

Stay away from these guys. Although the showroom staff were courteous and knowledgeable that is where the good ends. First indicator should have been when they asked and insisted on all of the money up front. Should have walked then. We only had a small job (bathroom counter top installation) but it still dragged out over 3 weeks just for the installation. Should have been a one time three hour install turned into 4 trips. Fit and workmanship was marginal at best. They drilled the faucet hole in the small bathroom which covered the area in granite dust. Sink was installed crooked. I could go on. We finally gave up and accepted as is.
