BOWMAN OVERHEAD DOORS LLC

Worked for about a week, then all we did was push the button and it stopped working.Came back to fix it and then a few days later it broke again.Called him numerous times to come back ,  but were still waiting , that was over a month ago. Actually told us 3 different times he'd be over the next day but never showed up.Now we have to hire someone else to fix our door. Said he has plenty of work. Guess our little insignificant door wasn't important enough.....

They arrived on time and promptly had the repair done and was gone.  Friendly guy.  No issues.

a very large overhead door that was giving me fits. Another

great job, He was there for an hour and charged me only $75

a bargain, I recommend him to all!!

Mark did a great job sorting out and solving a problem where a neighbor and us were each opening and closing each others doors. I have used Mark before and will do so in the future.

Fine they made good observations and recommended the proper actions to fix the problem. After explaining what needed to be done they gave us a fair price we agreed and they completed the work in a timely manor.

I called Mark on Saturday, 12/21/13 because the right torsion spring on my garage door had broken and the garage door could not be utilized. Mark came out on the same day but did not have the replacement springs in stock. He utilized another spring so that the door would function and advised me that he was receiving a shipment on Monday and would be back out to replace the springs with correct high cycle springs. We made an appointment for 930 AM on Monday 12/23/13. Mark arrived within 15 minutes of the appointed time and completed the work within 35 minutes. In addition to replacing the springs, he took a few extra minutes to check the lubrication and tighten and adjust the garage door opener. After the repairs the door operated smoothly and quietly. Mark had quoted me a discounted price and had even advised of a further discount for cash payment, which I took advantage of. Upon completion of the work, and prior to Mark departing, I was provided with a receipt for the work that was performed. I was really impressed with Mark's willingness to assist me in returning the door to an operational status so quickly and then returning to perform the permanent repairs as soon as he received the parts. Mark was very professional in his workmanship and manner. I would not hesitate to use his services again in the future nor recommend him to friends and neighbors.

Called Mark Bowman and agreeded on a install date and price which included the garage door opener, outside keypad, and 3 portable remotes. First off, he did not show up at the agreed upon time on two occasions (9am and 2pm) on the 7th on April. He did return my call and after apologizing for not showing up on time rescheduled for that upcoming Sat.(April 9th). This time he did show up on time, did the installation of the garage door opener, the outside keypad, but only gave us 2 remotes, not the 3 we had agreed on. He assured us that he would drop off the 3rd remote on the following and quot;Wed or Thurs. at the very latestand quot;. Well here it is 3 weeks later, and no remote, and no return of my 3 phone calls. Needless to say, we will not be uisng his company again. We contacted the parent corporation, explained the situation, and the sent me the 3rd remote. Thankfully the company stood behind their word.

They came to my house inspected my garage door . And gave me an detail descripton of what was wrong and the safety issues

Unsure of specifics, this is a rental house and they dealt with our renter. We didn't hear anything, so I assume everything went well

He complained about the price and I had to tell him it was what he advertised, but he ended up fixing the door and did a really great job on it. It was a good price.

Mr. Bowman responded to my request for a quote promptly. Gave me an email estimate using several door types. He then came to my home with samples and, once I made my choice, we set a date to install. He actually ended up doing the install a day earlier than we had planned. All in all it was a good experience and I would use this company again.

They were fine and very prompt. We were happy with them. Reliable and did the work quick.

Mr. Bowman arrived a little late, but had called first to tell me. The lateness was not his fault, and I had no problem with it. He went to work in the garage and did a beautiful job removing the hurricane bars, installing solid thick styrofoam panels on the doors and then reapplying the hurricane bars. Not only can I tell the difference already - it just LOOKS so much better. Like the door should have looked a long time ago! The installation took about two hours and forty five minutes +or-) and was definately worth the price. He took a broom and swept the area where some styrofoam beads had fallen, and the garage looked great when he left. I once again strongly recommend him to anyone - he enjoys doing a good job and getting it right for the customer the first time. I wish there were more like him!

The owner was punctual on the appointed day. He worked with the door for a while, and then told me what the problem was with the opener.He replaced the unit with one he had with him, which is bigger, MUCH QUIETER and operates very smoothly. He also placed a keyless opener outside of the door, and programmed my car for me so that I can open the door from the car's own remote system. He saved me a great deal of money by replacing my system with what he had on hand, and the new opener and related pieces operate far better than the outfit I had before. He also suggested a better way to insulate the garage doors than the soft fiberglass batting that my neighbors put up for me - I am going to consider calling him back to do that job as well. A great service at a very economical price, I recommend him highly.

He did a good job. He was very good. I would use him in the future and I am glad that his card was on the garage door otherwise I wouldn’t be able to find his phone number.

My experience was very good. The quality of the work was excellent. The guy was very friendly. He showed up when he was supposed to show up. He explained the different features. He made some good recommendations on the type of door to get. Overall, it was just a great experience. I'm recommending him to different neighbors and he has done several in our neighborhood. I got a hold of him through word of mouth from other people. I had a new door. I also bought in a new motor and got saved a yard from him. He was very efficient. I'm very pleased. I'm glad I've got him now so I can call him if anything goes wrong or if I need any help. I don't think I could have got any better price. They are pretty well priced.

I had an older wooden garage door that was starting to rot. Had contacted this company last year to get a quote. I finally had no choice but to replace the door this year, and still had a copy of a postcard the company had sent me last year. I now have a new steel, insulated door that matches perfectly in color. It now works perfectly, and the noise level has gone way down - can no longer hear it open from inside the house which is a pleasure especially first thing in the morning. My opener was still in working condition, so I only needed to replace the door. It took about a week from phone call to installation due to my schedule. They would have come out sooner if I had the time. They were done within 2 hours.
