I have continued to complain to Bob's Carpet, and they keep sending out new crews to try and fix my tile. The manager has been out to my home multiple times, and has told me over and over again that my tiles are fine. I have had other companies out to take a look at it, and try and clean it, and many companies refuse to help me as they say the workmanship is so poor. This situation has been incredibly frustrating for me, as I have been dealing with it since January. All I want for them to do is make it right for me, and wish that they were willing to help me. I would recommend that no one pays up front for any project with Bob's Carpet, and has a written warranty and description of the work for their project.
"My company has spent a few thousand dollars just on labor to fix all concerns. Regarding her tile floor we have made a fair and honest effort to please (Member name removed) including heavily discounting carpet for living room dining room and master bedroom in addition we have sent a cleaning company to give the area's we worked on a extensive cleaning and I was there after the cleaning company was done and in front of the cleaning woman she was extremely happy to have her house back in order again. I would be totally remiss if I did not let you know how pleased I am with the work your company did when replacing my flooring. I drove by my home to check the status of the floor and I was amazed to watch the large installers working together! The supervisor introduced himself and was very friendly and professional, and the other man working on the project was smiling. The office professionals were very knowledgeable and more like friends than dealing with a unknown flooring company.
The next day when I was able to see the workmanship in its entirety, I was blown away with how perfect everything was. The Cobra three ridge vent was in, the extra details was there and the color of the shingles were exactly what I wanted.
I had been told by several neighbors to be careful after having a new floors put in due to all the dust and scraps that would be left around my house and the driveway would be covered because the men would park in the driveway. witch they did not. I was excited to see that everything was back in place, scraps, no trash ( and they even vacuumed) and really there was no sign that any work had even been done except for my beautiful new hardwood floors.
Be assured, I am going to tell all my friends about your company and recommend you highly. Please feel free to use me as a reference anytime.

"Regarding the complaint filed by the member concerning their installed carpet, I would like to address some of their concerns. In speaking with the salesperson they had dealt with, he was able to recall the conversations that they had at the time of selection and purchase. Our customer had requested an advertised item which they were shown. The retail price was $1.99 per square foot installed. This price is inclusive of carpet, cushion, installation, disposal of old flooring and the movement of furniture. During this sales process, the customer insisted on the lower price. The price was eventually reduced to $1.78 per square foot. As for the pricing issue, our customer received a good price for the product selected. Regarding the carpet fibers, this is what is considered a "staple yarn" and as such, by nature of construction, will shed to some degree. This is normal and is to be expected. As for the staining, this carpet is a "Stainmaster" fiber and should be resistant to staining, dependent upon the type of product that is spilled on it and how and when it is cleaned up. We would be happy to commission the skills of an independent flooring inspection service to evaluate this carpet for quality and wear. At this time, the request for a refund will not be considered. Pending the outcome of the inspection, we will reserve this decision for replacement until we have the opportunity to examine these results.
