Perfect! Came to my house for an estimate and brought samples. In a very short amount of time, sent 3 highly experienced and friendly installers who did a fantastic job. Couldn't be happier, my highest recommendation.

We dealt with the Inverness store and could not be more pleased. We purchased a wood plank tile from Accent that they installed in our kitchen and hallway. We also purchased nylon carpeting from Accent that they installed in the bedrooms, dining room, and living room. The quality of the products and installation were excellent. We highly recommend this company.

They beat everyone on price. It is going great so far, no work has been done yet, but it has definitely worked out with the best deal in my area.

After perusing a number of Angie's list reviews I decided to call Accent carpet and tile. I spoke with Robert and made an appointment for him to come to my home. Robert was punctual and professional, and the order was placed. The installers were on time and worked efficiently. There was some furniture to be moved, including a dining room china hutch, which they did without question. After they left I noticed that the edge of the carpet, alongside the step to the living room, was not finished properly. I made a call and they returned the same day to correct it, without question or complaint. About a week later we decided to R and R the carpet in one of the bedrooms. I called Accent and had the same positive experience as the first time!

There are so many things that went wrong, weren't fixed, (and still aren't as they should be). First team of men arrived blaring Latin music, removing the original vinyl when they were NOT supposed to do that because of a baby being in the house. This first team ripped the flooring up so quickly that they actually damaged the kitchen cabinets! So then an order had to be placed for molding to go around the cabinets!
They stopped work because of water damage. Work was supposed to be done Sat-Sun but the first team of men left abruptly saying they had another job to go to.
Two days later another team of men came and said that there was no water damage and had no idea why they ripped up the floors. They started to install the nice wood vinyl floors and a quarter of the way through I see that there is buckling at the seams. Floors were then ripped up and and quot;returnedand quot; to manufacturer.
Two more days alter and the new floors arrived. Team of men installed just fine this time but at the end - I notice the floor is CROOKED! So the men TRY to correct the floor using the remaining pieces and cutting and kicking the boards into place. This made more ripples. The floor still has a slight crookedness to it that the salesmen says he cannot see (even though the installers say they can see it).
The shoe molding when first installed was white - the second time they put in the floors they used clear caulk so you could see every cut they made. The salesman gave us a hard time about wanting it white! SO then the installers had to buy paint and paint the clear caulk and shoe moldings.
On top of this - we have no extra flooring to fix any repairs should they occur. The flooring that extends to our french doors has a huge brown goopy gap where dirt keeps getting tracked because the floors were not cut nice and even to the door.
I did not pay to have crooked floors. I did not pay to have new floors fixed and quot;the best they will lookand quot; - what should have happened is a whole new set of flooring should have been ordered and installed STRAIGHT and not crooked. The owner of the company acted like I was asking too much - well, I am sorry that I expect to pay for a service and get it. That's how business works. If anything, I should have gotten at least a 50% discount for all the issues and time it took for the floors to be installed/uninstalled/repaired/cabinet issue - but no. I got nothing but aggravation.
I am so disgusted and disappointed with the product/service that I will never use this company again and would never recommend them to anyone with 20/20 vision.

The quality of the workmanship was below average. The owner is not likely to return your phone calls. I called him four times and asked him to return my calls. Still waiting. He is quick to take your money but slow to respond to your concerns.

Our installers moved all of the furniture and did a good job of laying the carpet. We had some large pieces that were difficult to move. We did have one accidental scratch, but was easily repaired, and I didn't feel like it was from negligence on their part, just an accident. I would use them again, and I am happy with my carpet.

Installed new carpet in two bedrooms. They were courteous,professional, and punctual. I like that they do their own installations rather than sub it out.

The effort involved removing approx. 1200 SF of existing tile, preparing the concrete slab, installing 40 mil crack suppressant and installing new tile on the diagonal in 6 areas of the house. They then suspended operations while the painters repainted the entire inside of the house approx.2800 SF. There was considerable delay during this as the first painter took a week to get started and was fired after two days on the job. A second painter was selected which added another two weeks delay and 10 days to complete the interior painting. They then removed approx. 100 SY existing carpeting and installed new padding and carpet in the dining, living and master bed rooms.
This involved their obtaining all the materials to meet the original schedule and then having to store the materials much longer than expected plus scheduling and rescheduling the workmen to accommodate the problems associated with the painters.
The tile removal and disposal was a massive project which they did very professionally. The tile reinstallation was done by a real craftsmen and is a work of art. Everyone in the organization from the owner, the salesman and the contractors who performed the work were on time, courteous, hard working, professional grade and a pleasure to work with.
I would be pleased to work with them again.
