Service was fine until I moved. I returned all the equipment in the box they provided. 6 WEEKS later, they told me they didn't get a receiver back. It was too late to disprove this allegation, but they debited my credit card for the $133.
I got an explanation from several people they didn't notify me of the allegedly missing receiver for 6 weeks because that's how their billing cycle works. Obviously, their focus is their system, not their customers.
