Great job, great price! Quality work product. Custom gates. Commercial grade materials. Long, straight runs. People still stop to comment years later and ask who installed it. Has held up well including all gates. Highly recommend! Will use again if we ever move. Have referred many times over.

Stay clear from this company, very unprofessional. They removed my fence without permission and after the sheriff came and made them remeasure they realized they made a mistake taking my fence down. After phone calls to the owner and messages on their facebook page they refused to fix their mistake leaving my fence open for my dogs to get out. I had to have another fence company come out to repair their damage.

Were due here Fri at 10AM noone here called and said was scheduled for Mon forwarded them email confirming for Friday. So no communication that they moved our date. Removed old fence and installed new - sprinkler line outside new fence. Never called their boss, never knocked on our door just kept going and they knew it was there we told them and in the trench line they dug the PVC pipe was visible. Owner did not repair, replace or do anything about it when called about it. Said was outside of our property line. Not disputing that but someone should have said something instead of continuing to install the fence knowing the sprinklers were outside of our new fence. Gate does not open and shut properly. You have to pull up on gate for it to latch. Cannot open from one side. Was not hung properly or hardware installed incorrectly. Would not recommend!

Hello, it has been 2 years since we installed your fence so it is impossible to say why you were told Friday and we showed up Monday. I do know that there are many things that unfortunately happen that delay installation, but can't say what happened due to the time that has passed, but it is on our calendar for Monday June 20 and 21 of 2016. I assure you our procedure immediately following a realization a delay is known is to immediately call and if no answer a voicemail is left and a follow up email is sent. As far as the sprinkler goes we are not responsible for relocation of sprinkler heads that have been installed outside of your property boundary. We ALWAYS fix what we damage free of charge, but do not reconfigure systems due to layout flaws. In regards to your gate. We have the best labor guarantee and your gate that isn't functioning properly is covered under your warranty. You need to call our office and we will be happy to get it functioning properly again. We have two dogs and have always used an "Invisible Fence"; however, I was always fearful that an animal entice my dogs to ignore the fence line. When we decided to fence in our backyard, we received 8 different quotes for our fencing and Jamie (with A Perfect 10 Fencing) impressed me with the information that she shared with me during the initial quote - about the company and their methods for installing PVC fencing; and impressed me even further with the professionalism and skill of the two installers. When I called Jamie to confirm we wanted A Perfect 10 Fencing to install our new fence, it was scheduled for 10 days out (we could not have been happier with the time frame as well). The crew showed up exactly when they said they would and the job took the two days they estimated to install. When they were done, I have the product that I wanted and can feel comfortable that my dogs are secure and the company we chose to go with was the right choice - thank you so much for giving us our backyard back!!!

Horribly. There "were" (I say were because they removed the whole fence instead of making repairs) gaps underneath the bottom rail of the rear fence that they just pilled dirt up against instead of installing the fence correctly to the ground. The gate was installed incorrectly as well with a 5" gap underneath it. I called and spoke to Crystal the day the install was almost complete (they didn't have the gate or gate hardware for some reason) and explained my concerns to her. She was very pleasant and said they would fix it promptly and if it was ok to take care of once the gate came in. I agreed to this as I didnt want them to have to come out more than once. Well, they installed the gate on 8/18 & I received the invoice that same day from Jamie. I sent an email back stating the fence looked great except for the gaps under the fence and the gate. Jamie replied back requesting photos so that the crew would know what to fix so I sent them to her. Jamie made the determination that the fence and gate were fine and I should throw a piece or two of sod underneath the gate to close the gap. I explained to Jamie that I wanted someone to come out and see the issues instead of making an assumption from photos and that I shouldn't have to add sod to make uo the gap due to their improper installation. I then send a few more emails to check on the status of the repairs only to get an email response from Toby basically stating that the fence and gate are fine and if I want the gate lowered I have to pay for it. I emailed Toby back and again requested someone to come out and look at the issues. Instead, I get a voicemail stating the gap under the gate must be because I am on a hill and there.is nothing that they can do. I called Toby back and explained that I live on flat land with ZERO hills and sent additonal photos. After more emails and phone calls, Toby agreed to install the correct fence and fix the remaining gaps in the fence as long as I left him a check since I was not going to be home. I agreed to leave a check but unfortunately (all though now I am glad I did not) forgot to leave it.bc I had a family emergency. I received a rather nasty voicemail from Toby stating that there is nothing wrong with the fence or the gate and that they are not fixing it and basically.how dare I not leave the check. I call Toby back with what ensued to be an unpleasant arguement from his nasty demeanor with the ultimate outcome being him stating "I will take care of the gate today" to.which I said thank you. I come home tonight to see that the ENTIRE fence has been removed and the post holes left open instead of simply repairing the gate that has been an issue for over a month. I am simply appalled at this and will be taking further action. Stay as far away from this company as you can!

They also were able to accommodate my tight timeframe that I needed the job completed by. When the crew came out to do the job they were again on time, friendly and professional. First of all they charged us $75.00 for a permit they never got, then they put in a fence that was not in code! We were cited by coding of Pasco County, and told by the officer there is no permit for fencing in Pasco County. So we called Perfect 10 fencing and they told us they would cut the fence down from 6 foot to 4 for regulation, but we must pay. Then they called back a few hours later said they would do it for no charge. While doing the job they broke a sprinkler line. They did come back two days in a row and fix that, but we never got back the $75.00 for the permit they didn't get.

[Member Name Removed], we will send a check for the 75$. We had someone new in the office and the charge was added by mistake. There are permits required by some of the cities in Pasco county. One of which is New port richey. As far as the sprinkler goes unfortunately we have no way of knowing what lies in the ground until it's too late. We do however repair any sprinkler systems we damage where everyone else would have told you it was not their problem. As for the height of the fence goes I apologize for the mix up and hope that we proved that we fix our mistakes with no charge to you. Thanks for the feedback.

Did not write est. Wanted to put a fence around a very small area in my yard. This would have looked stupid. I wanted the fence around my whole yard. Close to where the old fence is because it is where it should be as per survey.

Came out to estimate job. I wanted a fence around my property line ( close to the easement). He told me I could only put a fence in the middle of my property. This was several yards away from easement. This would have looked stupid. There is an old fence where the new one should sit. He wanted to place the new fence more than 12 foot away from old fence. He did not seem to know what he was doing. I have gotten other estimates in the past and they had no problem putting a fence in the normal position. Taking up the old fence and putting the new fence down. Called and left a message in case they wanted to send someone else out did not get a response. I guess they do not want the job. Wasted my time.

We do apologize for the confusion with your estimate. Being in business for over 12 years in this area, we know there are some restrictions (especially in your area) as to where you can and can't place a fence. This should have been disclosed immediately upon arrival. Typically, we would take the measurements and if there was any conflict, we would do the research to make sure both parties are adequately informed. It is my understanding our office manager did call you back but did not leave a message stating the above. Unfortunately, it was from the office line which is not the same number you called when you left the message so you wouldn't have recognized it. They custom built an addition to the end of my existing 4 foot vinyl fence near the canal and added a water wing. 2 guys came and installed the fence on a concrete angled wall to a flat surface and then added a water wing too. The work was perfect. I would definitely use them again. The only suggestion I would make to them is to improve communication a little so homeowners know what is going on with the scheduling. There was a mix up in the days. Since we were a small job we did not get priority and we were moved, yet I was waiting for them to arrive. I think if they would improve the office scheduling and communication, they would be the best fence company in Hernando County. Even with the mix up, I would only go back to them for the work since they were super nice and the work was perfect.. Just know to stay on top of them. I wish I could upload a picture of the beautiful job they did.

I called for an estimate in March of this yr-2015. I had to do another home repair during the time frame that I was going to install fence. Someone named Jamie came out, very nice, got estimate pretty promptly. But, I had to wait. Then August I called for re-estimate or asked if the pricing was the same because I was anxious to install fence at this time. They stated they had to come out and REMEASURE. Ok fine I wait a week nd a half. They send out a guy and I asked him if he had the diagram from the first estimate, I assumed that was logical because I couldn't remember where the first person had recommended the fencing to start and stop, and I thought it was good advise and suggestions so, I didn't have her drawing. I assumed that the person coming back out would be prepared. This guy knew nothing of what I was speaking about and he asked where I wanted to measure from and I at that time stated CALMLY, I don't know, Jamie made good suggestions and measured for cost containment. He just stared at me. I got agitated I won't deny that, I told him to measure where it would make sense and tell me after where he measured and I would decide if it seemed ok, still wishing someone knew what the point of reference was initially. I call the office, I get KIM. She was snippy and RUDE when I asked why the person didn't come out prepared AND to please pull the diagram that I saw Jamie make in March. She was rude and said there was nothing from the estimate on me. YES...I lost it. I told her I didn't understand how my estimate didn't exist. SHE hung up on me. I tried calling back, line was perpetually busy. I had my husband call on his cell phone. They answered right away. He talked to a Crystal I'm pretty sure. She was pleasant, SHE found the info...MIRACULOUS, and lets not forget...NICE. She tells us where the points of measurement are from. Perfect!!! Ok now we agree to measurements now that I have a point of reference. I'm told to confirm email and it would be a few days. I waited and waited and waited. On 9/21 I left a voice msg. On 9/22 I left another because I still did not receive the estimate. I was called back by Jamie, a VM was left that because I was rude to them, ( I was never rude to Jamie and Crystal was NICE and HELPFUL), that they were not interested in doing business with me. I called back to try to explain something to Jamie but it is constantly busy. I want to apologize to Jamie and explain something to her. I THOUGHT she was great when she came in March, I was nothing BUT NICE to her. My issue was with KIM who was very rude and failed to help. Had she been nicer and tried to help and put forth some kind of effort she WOULD have found the information just like Crystal did, again who WAS NICE. The guy that came out...young inexperienced, whatever, I am sorry I got upset with him, it wasn't his fault he was sent out unprepared for a re-measure. I say unprepared, maybe that's not what this company does is use previous estimate as a point of reference. If that's the case then I shouldn't have assumed anything. Now here is a little piece of information for anyone out there, this is not an excuse but a LEGITAMATE issue. This is no one's problem but mine. I have M.S., I am learning more and more about this life limiting disease that consumes and destroys your nervous system. Before it confines you to a wheelchair it does horrible things you HAVE NO CONTROL of, like being a little upset and then shooting through the roof. I HATE IT. Everyday upset becomes rage that you scare yourself with. It's not who I am it's what is taking over and I'm powerless. So while I am very sorry for the extremely angry events, they were prompted and poked at until it became very visceral. I apologize to the guy that came out, I am sorry. Kim perpetuated the mess so....it would not have gotten to that, not anyway near had she handled matters like Crystal did. Jamie who has decided they want nothing to do with me I'm assuming is an owner?? maybe.....? I tried to call back so I could have a calm and reasonable conversation with Jamie because she doesn't have the whole story and I thought I deserved to at least tell her my point of view but I was not afforded that. You know if you had a customer with Alzheimer's (they can be angry and have rage that seems unprovoked), or you see someone brain injured or some OBVIOUS condition and if they get angrier than one would expect you would say well..."it's understandable", because you can SEE something. This is for anyone. Just because you can't see it don't be quick to assume that someone is just being awful because that's who they are. It's a psychiatric condition, it is a disease that EATS the covering of the brain and spinal cord and then eats away at brain tissue. It causes crying anger involuntary limbs spasms constant debilitating headaches memory loss weakness, falling....it goes on. So yes, I do sometimes get angrier than I should but I really have to be pushed and I did want to apologize have my side heard but they won't give me that courtesy. So if anyone needs fencing service they certainly won't understand if you have a medical condition you ARE POWERLESS over. try to find someone else, there are plenty of providers out there. They are apparently intolerant and wouldn't give me a chance. I am really kind and patient more than not. I have been my whole life...exercised kindness and patience so this is NO picnic for me either. I was in a profession that saved lives for over 30 years, I was a trauma nurse so this is kind of..... Perfect 10 Fencing I am sorry for upsetting your 2nd estimator, I thank Crystal for her good customer service and her kindness. I find it in poor taste that they were going to NOT respond ever and only responded to the 2nd voice mail. You know I just want this fence for my 4 RESCUED dogs because my disease is getting worse quickly and I don't have the strength to put them on their tie outs anymore. My weakness is to the point I have to walk and hold onto the walls of lanai to get to doors and I typically fall onto ground trying to clip their collars or let them in. I can't get back up well and am on the ground for a while. It's very humiliating and degrading. That's why I was really happy and excited to get this fence so I don't have to get rid of them and I won't fall so much. But....oh also so you know as anyone can see this ON ANGIE'S list...I had left several communications for this company on this site on their listing and they never responded . KIM was again rude and yelled at me that they WERE NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST. I did calmly at that time say that I didn't understand that they were on Angie's List and she yelled at me again. That was another reason why I got upset with her.

The fence is great! There were quick and it all looks fantastic! Only thing we would warn people about is the did not accept credit cards when we had it done and we were rushing around to get the money we needed to pay them when the work was completed. We had no ideal that they did not take credit cards until it was all said and done.

The whole entire process was great. They were timely from initial call to the estimate and the installation. The installation went great and was completed in a very competent and professional manner. It has been up a couple of months now and the fence and latches they use are high quality. I would definitely call back if I needed more fencing.
