This contractor has missed informed me on how to install the flooring and did not install the underlayment and now the flooring is getting damaged. I've paid thousands of dollars for this. Left messages over and over and he has not called me back. We are going trough family issues, my husband had a stroke, I told him that, but he will not answer and I cannot believe this contractor does not care about anything.
