Adam, the plumber, arrived on time. I thought the leak might require the replacement of the faucet so I had purchased one and had it ready. The faucet did in fact need to be replaced. He had everything replaced and working within 25 minutes. He was very customer-service friendly, professional, and cleaned up after he completed the job. The company guarantees their work for 2 years. I was extremely pleased and will call on Qualified Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

The plumbing repair technician arrived within 5 minutes of the appointment (early) time, I had one additional service I requested for him to do and the company assigned to perform the additional services ONLY CHARGED $7.00 MORE to do it!!!!!!!! EXCELLENT SERVICE AND PRICING for this services requested, AND I AM VERY HAPPY with the service and charge for it.

The problem was fixed in the least invasive/least expensive way possible, and the results are great.

Once the job started, the company assessed that the entire toilet did not need to be replaced (as it would have meant a very expensive replacement tile job, due to the way the toilet was originally installed). In fact, they determined that the best answer overall was to replace only what was cracked, which was not the whole unit. Then, they helped me find a way to replace just what was needed -- they took the extra time to find what would work. I appreciate the personalized service and the extra time that it took.

Perfectly. I had another plumber look at the toilet, and he made no effort to fix the problem. He told me that the repair was a major one and would cost around $500.00. Qualified plumber service fixed the problem at a much much lower cost and was a much simpler repair. The toilet no longer leaks.

Installation went fine. Annoying aspect was that Lowes/Qualified Plumbing charged two visit/installation fees even though the dishwasher and garbage disposal were installed in a single visit. That pricing arrangement seemed excessive. We continue to purchase items at Lowes, but we now pass on installation.

Jodi scheduled the estimate quickly and scheduled the re-pipe even more quickly! The crew was great! They communicated very well throughout the process and respected the integrity of my home as they chose the best placement for the pipes.

It turned out very well. They did a great job. There was one thing they did, that gave me a little trouble. I called them back, and they came out and took care of it. They were very responsive. They fixed everything I wanted them to fix, and when things wasn't acting quite right, he came back and took care of it. He was right on time. There was one person. Two hours to complete. I had a very positive experience with this provider, and would use him again.
