Lew arrived on time, used tools he brought to cut, nail and attach boards to fencing around property. He was proficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Great job!

Great for the price. I had a list of about 10 items and he got through all in the pre-paid time period.

I had to redo both locks after he left. One the dead bolt wouldn't go all the way in. I had to remove wood with a chisel in order for the lock to function properly. The other lock he used the wrong screw and it would pop out every time you unlocked the door. He is a nice man but to very slow and we had to clean up after him. Also didn't respond in the time frame as listed.

Lew is knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and he'll give you your money's worth.  He works constantly, and is friendly and affable while doing so.  Even though I am a female who lives alone, Lew never made me feel uncomfortable at any time.  His work is top notch.

Lou arrived promptly.  He hung the headboard and installed the lamps and attempted to repair the toilet leak.  The toilet apparatus was new but, needed to be have one connection redone because of a small leak.  I think he just tightened the connection and after he left it was still leaking.  I called him and he came the next day and said it was ok but it still leaked.  We called him back a third time and he went to Home Depot to get new toilet insides.  When he returned it was not the correct size and he ended up re installing the one that was there the first time he came and finally it was fixed.
He was always prompt and did not seem too annoyed to be called back.  I had bought the $59  coupon for his work and he added $40 to it which was fine.   
I would definitely call him back for odd jobs. but, doubt I would use him for any plumbing issues.

Lew showed up on time and solved the two problems. very pleased. would recommend and will use again.

Lew is a very honest older gentleman.   The communication and quoting was a little haphazard.  Lew is very old school, he keeps his appointment and number is a little note book so email is out and getting a hold of him may take a few tries.  His pricing is very good, and you can count on him to do what he says he will.  I would skip the two hour special thing,  Just have him come out and quote you for what ever work you need done.  If you get the special he will just deduct it from the quote he is doing and it confuses him a little.    Lew skill set is basic home repair pretty much he will do almost anything you request that is in his skill set.

I called based on Angie's List reviews to am very glad I did. Mr. Grasch arrived the same day as my call, was very pleasant to did a great job at a reasonable cost.

The experience was good. He was incredibly reasonably priced. I liked that he was very reliable, showed up early and stayed late, and if there was a challenge about something he had a very positive attitude and took care of it and took care of it well.

This guy really is a true handyman.  I had called other handyman, in Gainesville, that was listed on Angie's list to see if they would be willing to do some repair of blinds and place new set of blinds....they all offered some excuses 1 type or another and 1 said that he would do it, and then call me the next day at 7am and say I don't feel comfortable doing it and get the blinds company to do it...and they are expensive and not only that, they too didn't care 1 bit about trying to set up a time to repair the blinds..they said over the phone" oh sure we can repair that, but never returned call to set up time....don't ever use GATOR BLINDS. anyway, this guy was great, and he was persistent.  I, initially, felt he may not be able to do the job and this was going to be a waste of my time, but he showed up and went to work on the task of doing the repair of the blinds.  I don't know if alot of handyman do blinds repair and that's why I was not able to get anybody or if this is not worth their time as can't charge much.  Anyway, Lew came over and helped to repair the large vertical blinds I had and i was able to open and close them, and he repaired the rope lever that helps to pull them down.  He then placed 2 new bedroom blinds for me and told me how to get them cut at Home Depot and installed them for me.  He then repaired a latch on yard gate which was not a big deal.  He is a big talker so beware of that.  But I really give this guy alot of credit in that he was the only one who responded to my need and showed a persistence and competenance that is really missing from alot of contractors nowadays and his price was WELL BELOW market value that I felt he was undercharging and gave him a little extra for his work....believe that he was undercharging, the guy was here for a good 8 hours and with everything he did, only charged me $75.    He is willing to tackle on any tasks that is warranting a handyman service and will give it at the very least a very honest attempt.  He's definitely a bit olderand at times, I was kinda concerned if he is able to finish the tasks but he does bring alot of experience with him.  I really felt that I needed to put this review about this guy out there because it really turned out to be a positive experience we had with him.
