They showed up promptly on the day of the removal and had to use a cherry picker in order to remove the tree. They completed taking the tree down and loaded the wood on a large flat-bed trailer. They had to work around other trees and even dug up and replanted a Japanese magnolia I had. They returned the next day to complete the re-installation of the fence, and only left the stump and some sawdust behind. Due to the economy, he's had to down-size his usual staff and use some day labor, but the workers were curteous and did not leave any litter/cigarette butts/trash behind as some other workers have. Gave a B for punctuality because the meeting for the original estimate was canceled at the last minute and rescheduled. However, they showed up for the job as scheduled.
