When you need a repair, I am committed to delivering premier customer service that is second to none. It is my highest priority to get the job done right the first time on every assignment. I have 43 years of experience under my belt. *Please note i am not a handyman.* Regardless of the difficulty or unusual nature of the project, most likely I have encountered it before, probably more than once. I'm almost impossible to stump. Challenge me, I dare you! **Given a lifetime of experience we require a professional consultation fee to discuss your project. My consultation fee is $30 and is deducted from the first bill from once we began the project.

"Unfortunately, all jobs do not turn out as planned. You can only guess what you will find when you start tearing into a house built in 1947. Lots of rotten wood had been just hidden by previous repairs. We only do these repairs by the hour, and only about 6 hours a day...that was our agreement. I am always directing my apprentice as to how we do things...and coordinating with other workers on the site...that's my job.When you are planning a job like this, either over estimate the cost or limit the work...this budget was too low, and we had no input. Hopefully Paula will find someone who works inexpensively and does acceptable work. We could"
