He was amazing! He came in at half the cost of everyone else and we got 7 estimates. He was early for the appointment, explained everything in detail, and helped us decide what to do about filters. He was thorough and professional. He is now our AC guy and we won't have to look for anyone else. He also overcharged us on accident, saw the mistake, and credited us the difference within 5 minutes of noticing it. We would have never known if he hasn't said anything. That alone means we'll use him for future work.
