Phone Service - Cellular
I have a lot of Verizon products and I have never once called Verizon and not had a pleasant experience. I called them and I told them that I don’t want to disconnect and I am not going to pay as we need to pay when we shorten our contract. I said I don’t want to bother doing that but I want this other person to use it. They have nothing to gain and I am still paying that rate for the galaxy that I am referring to, and they took the time and did it with patience and understanding. I just can’t tell how many times I have called and done this and get my smart phone to sync with laptop and desktop. The last one I spoke to was so awesome and the one before that I spoke to was a supervisor. Once you are done with customer service and technology support I gave a suggestion that if the person wants to be there or make it brief ask for questions like did we solve your problem or did we treat you properly because customer service is phenomenal. I don’t know which call center it goes to once I call them. Sometimes I had been frustrated because it is about hundreds of dollars worth of equipment and once I get home it is not working. Last time I came with the razor phone and I had it for 14 days and it dropped everything and I couldn’t get the picture message or text message. They work with me and were really good about it. He said to pick another phone and she said the sim card is bad or something else was bad and that phone seem to have some problem and instead me taking a chance on losing any information and getting a new phone I said to give a new card and they put a new Verizon card in it and I was out of the door in five minutes and it is still perfect. The customer service is fantastic. I don’t care how crowded it is and I don’t feel pushed out. They are in no hurry to get me off the phone and there are times that I want to get off the phone and sometimes they take up to 2 hours. They just want to make sure that they always ask questions before I hang up, Like ‘did we resolve your issues? Or do you have suggestion? We need to tell them what more we expect out of them.
