It was very good. He explains everything as he goes along which is really nice.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic customer service...from the moment I called, to the repair time it was less than 14 hours.

A/C stopped working on Saturday. I called and Mike informed me their truck was in the shop so they couldn't come out until Monday. :(. When I told him the issue and told him what I troubleshooted he talked me through a couple of checks. We determined the drain was clogged and the safety has stopped the a/c to prevent a flood. He talked me through the work around so our a/c would work until he could come on Monday.
On Monday their truck was still having issues but their dispatch was very good at calling, keeping me informed, and working around our schedule.

My warranty company gave me 3 companies to choose from after my a/c went out. After being screwed so many times with these home warranties and their and quot;dealersand quot; that they deal with. I decided to do some through checking - although it was 90 degrees in my house. All of the companies had a good ratings with the better business bureau and two were here on Angie's list with a good rating.(Thank you Complete Protection who I also got off Angie's list). Triple H was not on Angie's list but had a A+ at the Better Business Bureau

I contacted Triple H and spoke with Mike I believe that Thurs evening and he was able to come to the house that Friday evening after 4:30pm. He came and was here maybe 10 mins when he found out the issue was a bad fan board he explained in details to me how the a/c should work, etc. I have had about 3 other a/c guys come out and each one gave me a different diagnosis and supposedly fixed the problems. He told me he would have to order the product and it would take a couple of days. He did try to do a temp fix until the part came in - but unfortunately it only lasted a day or two. We spoke on Tuesday and it had not come in - he called on that Wed to advise that it was here and he would try to come out the next day. He called that next day and apologized that he was unable to make it as he was stuck on a job. It had gotten cooler outside so I was okay with it and advise him of the same.

I forgot that he was coming out and kinda took my time coming home..:( when I got here he was waiting for me. Which I thought was extremely thoughtful as he didn't have to especially since it was my error. Mike was very professional, completed the job and told me to call should I have any troubles. I do plan on using him again to do my yearly a/c maintenance.

I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest and professional a/c guy.
