Terrible. They hooked up an LS120 drive to a floppy drive cable. This was evident on bootup by reading boot info. They failed to enter current date and time on the CMOS for the new board. Could not open Windows. I had to take the computer to another repair facility where they did the work the right way.

For laptop repair, the Computer Hut contracts out the services to an outside repairman (who you never see or talk to). The initial repair lasted for a couple hours. Upon inspection of the connection, the old hardware had simply been re-soldered into the board and not replaced with new hardware which was promised. This took them 2 weeks to do. Upon returning the defective laptop to Al, he said the outside repairman would fix at no charge. This took another 2 weeks and again, the AC receptacle on the laptop was not replaced with new hardware, simply the old piece. The fix lasted for a day.
