Jerry arrived right on time, dressed professionally. His vast experience was quite obvious. He listened to us describing the problem and asked questions. As it turned out, our 15 yr old fridge was at the end of its economic life and he recommended replacing it rather than pouring money into it due to its age, etc. He even recommended places to shop for the best deals and recommended certain brands to consider and also brands to steer clear of. An honest repairman. How 'bout that? A rarity these days. We followed his shopping recommendations and found a replacement fridge on sale at 75% off retail. We are very happy.

I thought that my washer was leaking, but he determined it was probably a backup in the water line and there was nothing wrong with the washer. I thought that the heating element was going bad on my dryer, but he determined that there was nothing wrong, but that the change in the weather was affecting the drying time. So he just charged me the service fee. Then since my plumber was on his way to fix a toilet, he stayed to tell the plumber about the line problem. He was very nice and very informative.

Jerry was at my house within a few hours of my initial call. I was so grateful because my refrigerator went out over the weekend and I called on a Monday. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fully explained what needed to be replaced and gave a fair price for the repair. Of course I forgot the name of the part already, a switch which controls the compressor. He also instructed me on how to remove a panel in order to clean underneath the refrigerator properly which I have never been shown before. I will definitely call him again with any appliance service needs.

Jerry saved our Thanksgiving and kept me from having to buy a whole new oven. I called 3 other appliance repair places, and none of them could come out in time to determine the problem/order the part/and make the repair in time. Jerry came right away, determined quickly what needed to be done, and then worked hard to make sure I had a working oven before my family arrived for Thanksgiving. He was a great guy, easy to work with, did fantastic, quality work, cleaned up nicely after the job was done, and really went above and beyond for me. He was also reasonably priced and communicated with me very well through the whole process.
I'd call him again in a heartbeat for any future appliance repair needs.

It couldn't of gone any better but I would of liked to pay him something for his time.

Jerry was phenomenal. He didn't service the geographical area I needed but got someone h trusted to go there and deal with the problem. The problem was resolved quickly, I only dealt directly with Jerry and everyone was happy. I would use him again in a heartbeat! I wish there was a landlord doctor who could resolve all issues with renters so easily!

I've used him for years. He is good and very honest. He is like a one man show because it's just him. When my washing machine went, he came looked at it and said that he could charge me a whole bunch of money to fix it but it's not worth it. I gave him $20 for the house call and I had to get a new washing machine. I think he has integrity because he knows that he can make some money from me but it's not going to last; so I feel he is honest in that respect. I even recommended him to a woman I work with for her washing machine and he said he'll me her know. I value that because it's not just how to make money but he is ready to keep a customer. If he is very late or if something is running over, he calls and is good with that. He is pretty punctual as well.

I called Jerry and explained the issue I was having with my washer. He got the model number and priced out what the part would cost and his labor and told us beforehand. Jerry arranged to pick up the part and come out the next day. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I felt I was dealing with an honest individual who enjoys doing right by his clients. I would not hesitate to contact the Appliance Doctor in the future.

Extermely well - he was polite, professional, and knew what he was doing. I called him about a second job I needed done on a dishwasher and he told me what I could do over the telephone which worked - saving me a service call.

My refrigerator was dripping water on the floor. Jerry came the same day I called him, exactly on time. It took him 35 minutes to diagnose the problem. He used my computer to find the number of the part needed. It was a door in the water in the water dispenser which had stuck open, causing condensation. He cleaned out all the mold . He said he would call me as soon as the part came in. He did not charge me anything at the time. I called him about a week later to ask about whether the part had come in. It took him a minute to remember who I was. He called about the part, called me back and set a new appointment with me, for after the part was due to arrive. He came exactly on time for the second appointment, and replaced the part within 10 minutes. I believe his rates are very good.

Jerry is wonderful. He is the only appliance repair man that I use. He does excellent work, is always on time, and knows everything about appliances.

I thought he was very professional and honest. He came on time, evaluated the problem and handled it in a timely manner for a reasonable price.

The doc and his assistant were able to respond same day as I called. I told them that my washer tub was continuing to fill with water even when the cycle was done. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a defective valve and were able to repair and replace in a short amount of time. The Doc also gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my washer in good shape.

He was efficient, professional and easy to work with.

Very pleased with the process. He came out two days before Christmas and had the job completed by lunchtime the next day.

He is amazingly cheap and just a really good hearted man. Best of all, he fixes what was broken. His prices are really good.

Jerry was highly responsive, arriving at my house within two hours of having been called. He disabled the defective burner so we could use the stove safely while we waited for a new switch. The switch was delayed by the distributor, but Jerry was kind enough to call and let me know that another couple of days were needed. Once the part was in, he fixed the stove. He is efficient, friendly, and forthright. All qualities that I appreciate in service people. Thanks!

Jerry is very knowledgeable and does a good, thorough job.

Jerry was very professional. He checked the washer twice and determined that it was working fine (we had been operating it incorrectly) and did not charge us for the washer. He also gave some advice on the gas stove and was generally very helpful.
