I would not use them again.
"Customer placed service call for non-functional built-in oven. Had to uninstall unit to allow for diagnostic. Rescheduled so additional technician could be made available due to weight of unit. Diagnostic found the problem to be the Main board and a transformer. After diagnostic procedures the characteristics of the failure did change however this is common and did not change the diagnosis of the problem or the quoted repair. The customer was quoted on the repair and not charged for the additional labor for uninstallation and reinstallation. It is our opinion that the customer is placing blame on That Service Company for thier non-functional oven due to the change in characteristic of the failure. It is also our opinion that they used our diagnostic to acquire parts themselves and complete the repair. The comment "He blew out the motherboard.." is ridiculous since that was the problem to begin with. NOTE! The technicians assigned to this call have a combined experience of over 35 years in the industry and are the owners of the company."
My experience with them was very good. It was probably a month ago. They fixed a washing machine for me. It cost a couple hundred bucks. They were right there and they went back and got some parts from this place to fix it. I thought that was quick like. He cleaned up after himself and was polite and professional.
