Chad returned my call in a timely fashion and he arrived at the appointed time. He was very pleasant and performed the work in a professional and efficient manner. It took him about 3.5 hours to stretch all six rooms and the stairs. All looks great.

MAKE SURE THAT HE TELLS YOU HOW LONG TO WAIT BEFORE WALKING ON THE CARPET. ALSO, THE VACUUM PUMP ON THEIR TRUCK IS VERY NOISY-ALERT YOUR NEIGHBORS!
