Steve sold our house in May 30. He did a fantastic job in a difficult market. He went above and beyond to get the job done! We were out of town landlords. Repairs were required and Steve managed all the details and inspections!I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Steve. THANK YOU!!!!

We listed our home for sale with Steve and within one month he had a contract on our home. The prospective buyers ran into some problems with their financing but Steve, along with the buyers' agent, both worked diligently to close the deal.
Steve is young but he is enthusiastic, intelligent, motivated, highly principled and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market. He kept us informed through the entire process and was extremely accessible anytime we needed him. We always felt he had our best interests at hand and we never at any time felt pressured to close the deal.
We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a first class real estate agent in this current difficult real estate market whether you are looking to sell or buy. He truly is a very nice guy and you will not be disappointed with him because he will always do the right thing.
