They pulled out some bolts which held the lanai into the ground and shook it as hard as they could...clearly trying to loosen more of the panels so that I would end up replacing the whole lanai. It was shocking. They ended up charging more to replace the bolts that they took out. They did more harm to the lanai than anything, but I wasn't about to let them replace the whole thing after what I watched them do. I would steer clear of these two. They are shady.

Randy was contracted by my roofer after two screen panels were damaged during the replacement of my roof. He arrived on time and performed the work needed. He even identified a third panel that needed to be replaced and fixed that, too. The new screens look great.

Hired Randy to rescreen 4 or 5 panels on my screenhouse. He was to come around 9 or 9:30am. He never showed and he never called. Hired someone else.

Randy arrived about 20 minutes past the time given, but in fairness to him he did say he would be here and quot;aroundand quot; the given time, so I don't consider that an issue. With most service providers giving a range of time for their arrival these days, I consider his punctuality better than most.
Upon arrival he went right to work and replaced the screen on the aluminum and quot;cageand quot; covering our lanai. He worked quickly and thoroughly, even going so far as to remove things like the downspouts so he could get to all parts of the screened area. When complete, the area was clean and neat and the screen looked like new.
We are very pleased with the work that Randy did, and felt it was a good value for the price quoted. We would highly recommend Randy.

Showed up approx 2.5 hrs after scheduled appointment. Screens look fine.

AGREED ON A 6PM APPOINTMENT TIME. I LEFT WORK EARLY TO MEET HIM. RANDY NEVER SHOWED, NEVER CALLED TO EXPLAIN WHY EITHER. NOT HEARING FROM HIM, I CALLED SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE REPAIRS. TO MY SURPRISE, HE SHOWS UP 3 DAYS LATER AND REPAIRS MY SCREEN WITHOUT TELLING ME HE WAS COMING. THOUGH THE QUALITY OF WORK IS GOOD, THIS COMPANY HAS A HUGE PROBLEM WITH RESPONSIVENESS AND PUNCTUALITY. NOT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS.

RANDY WAS FAST AND HIS WORK WAS VERY NICE. HOWEVER, HE WAS TO RETURN TO REPLACE MORE SCREENS, AND DIDN'T SHOW UP. WE RESCHEDULED, AND HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. FAST AND NICE JUST DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU'RE NOT THERE TO DO THE WORK.

I WILL DEFINATELY REFER WORK TO RK SCREENS. RANDY KESLER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS AND PATIENT. HE RAN LATE FOR THE 8:30AM APPT TIME SET UP BUT DESPITE THIS, DID NOT TRY TO MAKE UP LOST TIME BY RUSHING WORK. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK.
