The job was completed as described in the contract. The final results look amazing and we are extremely happy. The service is performed on time every week and the pool and spa always look great.

The staff at Reed's has been charged with cleaning my pool weekly for over three years. I recently became aware that my tenant has had to repeatedly chase down their staff member to clean the pool, he would just skip the house. I was very disappointed and thought that just alerting the management would correct the problem. Then, we discovered that the DE filter grids had holes and needed replacement, this is something that Reed's should have seen and told me about it. Instead, my new tenant had to spark the conversation with them about why the pool bottom was so dirty. I contracted with Reed's to replace the grids no later than Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. I called the office Thursday morning and was told that the grids were sitting in their office instead of in my filter. It was then that I released Reed's from service and hired another company. I need reliability and deserve fair treatment.

David Reed, the owner, was very easy to work with. The original pool design was done by a landscape architect and the cost estimates were much higher than our budget. David worked with us to redesign a less expensive overall plan. The cost was within our budget the quality of work met all our expectations and the pool was finished close to the time promised. If we were to build another pool we would use Reed's again.
