Excellent!, All services were done professionally,on time and cost was very reasonable. Louis is very pleasant and easy to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone needing the services they provide. I will continue to deal with them on other services .and look forward to a long term relationship.

When I first contacted the company for a quote to provide lawn care for the season, Louis came out and was prompt and friendly and gave a fair price. I explained what the job would entail and discussed the flower and garden area that needed to be avoided in the back yard. We agreed he would be back on 3/15 for the first servicing. About a week prior to this date, I decided it would be best to wait until the week of 4/4 so that I could have a yard project finished and not have to pick up all of the tools and materials only to get them back out again. I called Louis and left a message but did not hear back. I called again a few days later to make sure he had received the message and he said that he did but had gotten busy and did not return the call. So 4/4 came and went and I did not hear from Louis. I gave him a couple of days and still did not hear anything so I called to see when he would be coming out. I guess there was a misunderstanding as he had been waiting for me to call him and let him know when I was ready. He said that he could come out the following week (he stated the exact day of the week, it was a Tuesday, but I do not recall what date that was) That day came and went and I did not receive any service nor any phone calls. The following day, Thursday, I gave Louis until noon to either arrive or call and when I got neither, I called and left a message. I was at a doctor's appointment when he called back and left a message that he had gotten a flat tire on his truck and could not make it out yesterday and he wondered if I wanted to re-schedule. I called him back, annoyed that he wouldn't automatically come out the day after he had promised, but agreed to reschedule for Saturday. On Saturday, he did arrive with another helper. He had a large mower that he stood on the back of and it was zipping around my yard so quickly, grass clippings were flying everywhere including into the pristine mulched area I had cautioned needed avoiding. There were also large clumps of grass left. I asked if there wasn't a mulcher or a bag that could be used and he said there was not. I asked if the clumps could be raked. He seemed annoyed, blamed it on the grass being tall, but did use my rake to take up the clumps. He said that he had a push mower that he could use in the future but it did not mulch or bag. (My lawn man last year used a mulcher). He said he would be back in the agreed upon service timeframe of 2 weeks and left. As I was locking up the yard, I noticed that the entire fenceline in the front yard had not been weed-whacked, and was extremely distraught to find that most all of my young peaches on the peach tree had been knocked off (my lawn man last year had no problem working around the tree, and my new lawn man also has no problem using care around the tree). I promptly called Louis and let him know of my complaints and told him I no longer wanted to use his services. His lack of responsiveness and communication, and total disregard for my property were simply appalling. (this review is being written on behalf of my sister where the service took place, we used Angie's List to find this provider for her as she is disabled and her lawn man from last year moved from the area).

Not only did Louis pick up my call but went out of his way to work with me.  His price was reasonable (compared to other companies).  He always called me back or responded to emails when I had questions.  Now that I'm in my home full time I still keep RealLawn to maintain my property.  Louis and his crew are always on time and they do a great job.   I'd recommend RealLawn 100%.

They have also installed my lawn sprinkler system too. I have had them do other things too with special projects with landscaping. They trimmed back a tree as well. Their price is really reasonable.

I've been using Louis for over a year now and I'm very happy with the service.  His prices are reasonable and he never lets my yard get shaggy.  The only issue I ever had was resolved promptly.  One of his guys hit the water pipe beside my house and it sprung a leak.  They came to my door and let me know that the boss would be by later to fix it.  Louis showed up about 4 hours later and took care of it.
I'd highly recommend Louis to anyone in the area looking for a reliable lawn service.

I've been using Real Lawn Service for about a year.  The original intention was to let them go after my knee healed from surgery, but Louis and his crew has been doing such a good job, and the price is reasonable so I've decided to keep him and reclaim my weekends.
My grass never gets too long, the price is reasonable and they do good work.  I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent workmanship from this company! Punctual, professional, and timely. Would definitely use again.

1ST TIME THEY CAME UNANNOUNCED MY HUSBAND SPOKE TO MR. REELE & REQUESTED THEY PLEASE CALL 1ST IF THERE WAS TO BE A CHANGE OF SCHEDULE. MR. REELE AGREED BUT THAT DID NOT STOP THEM FROM COMING UNANNOUNCED A 2ND TIME. TO MAKE UP FOR THE FACT WE JUST MOWED MR. REELE DECIDED TO DO SOME EXTRA WORK & REMOVED "POISON IVY" GROWING UP TRUNK OF TREE. IT WAS NOT POISON IVY BUT A VIRGINIA CREEPER VINE THAT I HAD BEEN TRAINING TO GROW UP THE TREE FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS. MR. REELE SHOULD NOT HAVE PROCEEDED W/ ANY WORK WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS FROM US. HE ALSO TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO SPRAY ROUNDUP SO THAT WE NOW HAVE 4" WIDE STRIPS OF DEAD GRASS NEXT TO LANDSCAPE BRICKS AROUND EACH BED. WHENEVER WE DISCUSSED A PROBLEM W/ MR. REELE HE WAS POLITE & APOLOGETIC BUT DID NOTHING TO ACTUALLY CORRECT THE PROBLEM & SEEMED TO RESENT MY REQUESTS TO DO THINGS A CERTAIN WAY. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT HE HAS EVEN A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF PLANTS, HORTICULTURE OR GARDENING. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND REAL LAWN SERVICE/OPTIMUM LAWN CARE.
