Mr. Reyes is a thorough professional. He was punctual, well-mannered explained all the problems. Because my husband and i are busy professionals, we could not stay home so he took pictures of his entire work from tearing up the dry wall etc, putting the new trim and dry wall and fixing the exterior and waterproofing everything.
He cleaned up after he finished and there was no dust. Since this was right before the holidays, I appreciated that he finished the work quickly and did not leave the wall exposed..

The painting with the texturing was done well too. We were pleased with his work. I have other work around the house since my home is in its 12th year and I will be using his services frequently including painting the exterior. I recommend him without any reservations.

This has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE. He is prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am impressed with his wide range of skills. He is many levels above the handymen we have used in the past. I am already recommending him to neighbors. He went out of his way to be helpful several times. He cleaned everything up after he completed whatever he was working on. He was careful about any area in which he was working. I am planning on using him for many more projects. He also has very REASONABLE RATES, and is someone a person feels comfortable having in their home.
