Art Curtis was very communicative and professional throughout all steps in the process. He offered to use a lockbox so he and his team had access to the rental property. This was convenient for me so I did not have to open and close the property each day. He texted me photos of each step of the process. They are a preferred vendor of my insurance company and used Exactimate to create an itemized list of services and cost of each service. This made the process smoother for me. I recommend PuroClean especially if dealing with an insurance claim.
Description of Work: Emergency mitigation services due to mold problem in kitchen. They removed damaged cabinets and drywall.
