One Call LLC Appliance Repair Service

Paid $180 for the repair and the machine was running when Brian (the owner) left the house. On the next use the only button that functioned was 'rinse". I called and he came right back and told me I now needed a 'user interface panel" which would be an additional $220. (This total $400 was more than what I'd paid for the unit three years ago.) When I asked for a written estimate he explained that it would cost an additional $69. I asked why he left the last time when the repair had not been completed and he replied. . . It was running, it's running now. I said no, it's rnsing now, he refused to refund or fix the dishwasher and became loud and obnoxious. As I promised Brian I'm posting my experience on Angie's list and any other review websites I can find. ps. Don't bother asking for the 20% discount for mentioning his website . . . That, is already reflected in your bill automaticly.
