Nice N Clean

I've used them many times and their prices are always very fair and the service is always excellent.

Omar and Julianna (www.nice-n-clean.com) did an AMAZING job on our floors! I would HIGHLY recommend them! I am frugal and OCD and like a very clean house, black grout that was not black at installation totally disgusts me, blech! I was amazed at how beautiful our floors came out (our new house was left totally GROSS, covered in grease.. everywhere). Our grout is now a lovely beige. Omar and Julianna helped me to love our floors where before I was only wanting to tear up the tile and replace it. They also steam cleaned our sons room four times, the only room with carpet, we think it was used as a dog kennel, and it looks and smells almost as good as new!!! With all of our other moving expenses, it was a HUGE relief not to have to replace any floors just now. We looked at so many houses on the market and did not put in offers due in large part to disgusting floors. I would suspect that anyone selling would get a higher offer price if they only thoroughly CLEANED their floors... and lesson learned, if we buy again in this area, I will not be as afraid putting in offers knowing that Omar and Julianna can get our floors back to new, or almost new!

I called last minute, 3 days before Christmas, they came the day before Christmas Eve. The owner and wife came on time. They were extremely professional; courteous and caring. I was concerned because of pets stains, they ensured me not to worry and proceeded to do a thorough job. They vacuumed and moved items beyond any other company I ever hired. Nice and Easy also have a cleaning co. I was so impressed with their professionalism of there cleaning carpet efforts, I hired them for housekeeping.

They are great. They were fairly priced. They came in the evening. They were very clean and nice. They were honourable. He does a great job and he is highly regarded. They were quick.

I usually call Omar last minute in emergency situations due to my hectic schedule and most of the time he says and quot; I'll get right on itand quot; working late nights and weekends to accommodate my screw ups. I don't even go by to check on the jobs any more because they are always done to a higher standard than I require.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, AND THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
